“"It's the first time I've bought from here, and I must say I'm really impressed with the quality I received. So far, I've enjoyed the beef tongue in a typical dish from my home country, and we cooked Onglet and Denver Steaks in a skillet, resulting in a wonderful outcome – tender meat with great flavor and texture. Highly recommended. The rest of the purchase is in the freezer, but I have no doubt it will be of the same quality."”

“Having used another Yorkshire online butcher I had been disappointed with my most recent order. I decided to give Swaldale Butchers a try and I am very impressed with everything from the ordering, delivery (I live in Devon), packaging but most importantly the quality of the meat. “Always top quality, came to swaledale after using another online butcher. I have to say the variety and the head to tail philosophy is excellent, supermarket crap doesn’t even compare. The best in the game.”

“My order was an initial 'test' order, but, the experience was extremely good. The order arrived well-packaged and promptly; the only items I so far have tried have been the hanger steaks and lamb rumps, both of which have been of outstanding quality and well-butchered. If Swaledale continues doing what clearly it does so well and doesn't go off-piste, it will be my go-to online butcher.”
