“Very happy with my order this week. The chicken I brined before cooking, was moist and full of flavour. The lamb shoulder was marinated overnight then cooked on low heat for 5 hours, Delicious went down very well with the family.”

“Ordered a box of Artisan steak and husband ordered sausages as well. Delivery turned up as it said they would. Only drawback was that DPD dumped it on the doorstep and left before husband could take it in.”

“Lovely topside of beef, very tender & flavourful. Both the smoked & regular ox tongue were delicious. Everything arrived very well packaged, I cannot fault at all. Will definitely order our meat from swaledale again.”
