“Received three Ox heart (one of which was 2.5kg), beef fat, & Ox tongue (whole). Will slow cook all the above in my Dutch oven as I have done previously. Garrenteeing tenderness in the meat, especially the tongue. It's true Ox heart is like steak with muscular tendon & fat. Definitely of high quality, & good value for money. Delivery is always spot on.”

“Picked a selection this week that includes some old favourites and some new selections ( hogget and Denver steak) We love the selection but primarily we use Swaledale for the quality and provenance of its products as well as the taste of course. we had some of the Merguez sausages lasnight on the BBQ - delightful, so much more to look forward to. The delievery as always excellent and on time from DPD so that's great too ✅”

“Top quality, as promised, was delivered. Hogget shoulder was amazing and the Tuscan Style Sausages were the best I have ever had. Food was delivered fresh and still chilled. Love the fact that recipes are provided on the site.”

“I have become a huge fan very quickly! The meat is very high quality and delicious. The pork has fantastic flavour and fat, the beef steak box was AMAZING and really enjoyed the sausages on our barbecue. Some very interesting items too - smocked pork cheeks for instance. All very much enjoyed!”
