“We are very happy with our new conservatory roof. The installers were excellent. Unfortunately there was little communication before installation and we had to keep ringing for updates. We had to wait two weeks for the electrician to reconnect us.”

“Shambles of organisation, product and fitters superb. Windows sent as ordered, all the trim a different colour to the windows, and the handles incorrect too... told there would be a one day delay due to ill fitters..... when the goods turned up they actually only went thru quality control on the day they were originally supposed to be fitted...... when the fitters were “ill”..... After paying the deposit I heard nothing due to Covid, didn’t even know they were open again til the sales team called to sell me more stuff, never mind installing the windows already on order!!!”

“Had a new front door and windows before xmas then extension started in January due to weather and coronavirus issues it was completed early june. All work top notch and the lads working on it were great i would recommend EYG”

“I was very disappointed with this company, and will not be using them again. When order was placed we were given 5-6 weeks timescale. After 5 weeks hearing nothing I phoned to chase installation date. Was then sent email saying it was being processed, coincidence on the day I phoned?! Day of installation, which was stopped (after asking if they have lintel) because lintel was not supplied. Later we had a call to ask if we were satisfied with fitting. Installation rebooked for one week later, day before EYG phoned and cancelled! Got another call to ask if satisfied with fitting. Only after several calls to several numbers did I get a new installation date for a week later. Finally patio door was fitted, installer said lintel was not required, so could have been done 3 weeks earlier on first fitting date. Makes me wonder if anyone at the company has any idea what they are doing!”

“An excellent job, the best quality materials were used. The workmen were highly skilled and polite. It was inconvienient however that the Project got started two months later than originally agreed.”

“I can't rate EYG enough. We've had facias and soffits, windows including a large tripple glazed bay window and a composite over door canopy. They've been great with us over the lock down. They have given me loads of time to get the money together to pay for my window rather than buy now pay in 12 months. I was the one to call them after 2 months of fitting to pay. Thank you EYG we will definitely use you again!”

“A very professional installation of a new hybrid conservatory roof. All members of the team from initial sales, survey through to installation were very efficient and kept me informed at every stage. The product is a vast improvement on my previous plastic roof, cooler on the warmer days with much less noise noticed when it rains. Overall EYG delivered a super roofing system at a competitive price.”
