However, our recent experience has, disappointingly, fallen short of our expectations; we very much felt the 'hard-sell' and were left feeling rather ‘steam-rollered’ into making a decision, having been told that a price increase would be implemented from the following Monday and that we had until the Friday (less than 48hours) to decide whether we wished to accept the discounted quote of over £18,000! We do still wish to proceed based on our previous experiences and the quality of the work done.

We have had all our windows renewed with EYG, the Two Men who arrived were two Brothers Paul and Carl, my Wife and myself consider ourselves very lucky to get two Cracking lads, they came bang on time and kicked off straight away, their work ethic was tremendous, their skill was beyond belief, we had them for two days they kept the worksite very clean and tidy and the end product was great, the communication with EYG was superb, the price was good, to say that we were delighted with the whole and every aspect of dealing with EYG was not good enough, the experience was really Birilliant.

We were then told if we wanted anything else doing they would guarantee a price for six months, so we ordered two more windows to be replaced.

I cancelled my order within the 14 days cooling off period because I was unhappy with the pressurising sales techniques and high prices. Despite asking for my refund on the 14/09/23, I still have not received it 6 weeks later.

We have always received good customer service from EYG and any salesmen who have called have appeared unrushed with no pressure sales pitch.

Just had our wooden windows and French door replaced by EYG. Gary and Jordan were the installers and nothing was too much trouble for them, they are a credit to EYG. A very professional service and one I am happy to recommend.
