Happy with delivery time, price acceptable, the 2 installers were punctual, worked at great pace, being cheerfull and polite. In all a good job well done.

Andrew the fitter was very hard working and was very professional. EYG did not meet the first delivery date and we had to wait for 2hours before somebody called us to tell us that there was a problem with our product. We. did feel sorry for Andrew as he had to fit it on his own as his assistant had called in to say he was not coming in. Other than that it was fairly straight forward.

We have decided to re engage with eyg, so far we have had no reply, it wasn’t our fault that they missed the installation date, my wife is fed up, we have spent a cold winter awaiting a installation, no refund terms and conditions 6.2.2 My wife wants windows and door before we freeze to death,

After countless calls and emails, we eventually got a £100 refund for the damage, but the overall experience was unprofessional from the start.

However the customer service was not great there was a long gap between our order and fitting, approximately 11 weeks, with no updates on when the fitting would happen.

Excellent customer service. Fitted within 2 weeks of final measuring. Phil and Lee made a brilliant job. Four windows fitted in a day by mid afternoon. Minimum mess.
