“They claimed there had been a mix up between sending the measurements to the manufacturer and our windows being made. We called after hearing nothing for 6 months and they had no idea where our windows were. The installers were incredibly fast but left big gaps and messy sealant that I had to tidy afterwards. After installing the windows it felt like they forgot about us again, not sending us an invoice for 5 more months. At the end of the day the windows look great and I almost didn't leave a bad review because part of the issue was down to me not chasing them up but I got a second email reminding me to review them so here I am.”

“We have been very pleased. I did leave a review on your Web page. Steve, who fitted the lintels was very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. Similarly the actual fitters, Lee and Paul couldn't do enough. There was very little for us to remedy at the end, they were very tidy and careful. I should also mention Barry, who explained the ins and outs and was very helpful and accommodating. I would certainly recommend EYG”

“Installed a bit later than originally planned but all done within three (bitterly cold) days. Including demolition of our old conservatory. Very pleased with the quality of the units. Our old , single glazed, conservatory was barely usable most of the year; too hot and bright in Summer, too cold and damp in Winter. The replacement is pleasantly warm on all but the coldest of days and would heat up quickly if required. The shaded roof does a great job of cutting down glare and it is comfortable to read there in very bright sunlight. There are a couple of snags to remedy but EYG quickly fixed up an engineer's visit.”

“I am extremely happy with my new conservatory and cannot praise all your employees enough. They are always polite, helpful and courteous at all times, from the initial surveyor who was very professional and helped me decide on all aspects of the build. “Third time I have had dealings with EYG. The mere fact I keep returning says it all. No Pushy salesmen, just simple honest advice and help, with a competitive pricing. Fitters do a good job in a prespecified time frame and clear up after themselves.”

“Throughout the whole process from surveying to completion we could not be happier. Mick, Ash and Andrew turned up this morning to replace all of our windows and doors. We had been told that the task would take 4 days. Mick reckoned that he could do it in 2. In the event, the team arrived at 7.20 am and left just after 5 pm - job done. They were polite and professional at all times. They worked through without a break and cleaned up as they went along. They made virtually no mess in the house. At the end of the task, they removed all of the detritus and even swept the path before they left. All 3 are a tremendous advert for EYG.. We would definitely recommend EYG.”

“We are very happy with our new conservatory roof. The installers were excellent. Unfortunately there was little communication before installation and we had to keep ringing for updates. We had to wait two weeks for the electrician to reconnect us.”
