“The two young men -Jordan and jazz were absolutely superb-polite, professional and talented-they explained each stage of the work and worked around unforeseen problems with good cheer. The finished work is excellent-we have other work we expect to have carried out in the near future and EYG will be our choice. Thank you”

“Prompt delivery and fitting , polite fitters, clean and tidy , and after they had left , apart from a lovely new door , you wouldn't have known they had been here.”

“The actual building work and installation of my orangery was well done by Paul and Ian (foundations and building work), John and Lee (installation of flooring, glass, windows and lantern), Scott (electrics) and Jeff (plastering and rendering); they all were polite and friendly and left the work area clear and clean once they had finished. The communication was less well done though: The various surveyors/checkers failed to realise there would be a problem with the foundations, which resulted in a 20% increase in overall cost of the project. On a number of occasions, I would get a telephone call to say that such and such a person was wanting to gain access to the work area and was waiting outside my house, but I was not at home as I had not been informed of a potential visit by said person! I would recommend EYG from a build quality aspect, but not on the communications aspect.”

“Booked EYG to change our bathroom window which was quite old and prone to jamming. The fitter arrived on time and duly changed our window he was very neat and tidy finished the job to our complete satisfaction.”

“We had a terrible experience with the installation basically our house was vandalised by the first installation team what they took out was far better than they installed. 2 doors 20 faults the rear door had to come out completely and refitted Second team got it right. I have paid in full but I still believe I should have had compensation for all the upset we have gone through . I have 20 photos and home camera video evidence of how badly the first installation team were”

“Following a recommendation from a family friend we contacted EYG, they came out listened to what we wanted. Measured up to replace a bay window, and replace two conservatory windows which had blown. EYG contacted with a proposed date, came on time, did the job, cleaned and tidied up afterwards. Thank you and from start to finish was just over a month”

“Very happy with installation of hybrid conservatory roof. Installation team were very friendly, helpful and kept to schedule agreed. Good price and has made such a difference to my older conservatory.”

“The fitters Danny and peanut did a great job clean and tidy and really nice lads and even organised Sean the plasterer to come in and make good round the windows and door who was equally as good as the fitters, overall very satisfied with the whole process and quality of the job”

“From the initial enquiry we felt at ease with the sales, survey & fitting. We were invited to visit the showroom to have sight of the actual doors and fittings which assured us that our choice was in deed correct The fitters were on time and were very competent. We'll done EYG”

“We have just had the majority of the windows in our house replaced, plus a conservatory, which took 2 weeks in total. We are extremely pleased with the overall project. The windows look great, and everything was as quoted. Paul and Carl were on site for the whole time, occasionally supported by Mark & Damien. All of them were absolutely superb, and we cannot praise them highly enough. They came on time, were very clean and tidy, respected our property and were also really friendly! The overall project finished bang on schedule too, which was great. We would happily recommend EYG, and especially their excellent fitters.”
