“Fantastic service. Ordered at 15.30 on Friday and delivered at 09.30 on Saturday. The wheelchair was ideal for getting around the ground floor with two broken ankles. Collection could not be more simpler. Contacted Wheelfreedom by email and arranged collection on a day that was convenient. Fully recommended.”

“It was one of the best experiences I had. Communication was pleasant and delivering the chair super-fast. The lightweight wheelchair was in perfect condition and easy to assemble. Return even faster, no waiting time, scheduled to collect at my convenience. Also, its folding option made it easy to keep. Appreciate your services and highly recommend them!”

“The whole process was efficient ordering the wheelchair to sending it back. The chair was clean and of the standard advertised. The office were friendly and helpful. I hope I will not have to use them again and remain accident free, however to anyone in need of the use of a chair I would recommend Wheelfreedom.”

“My Father had just given up driving (age 89) and needed a mobility scooter. After weeks of looking around we tried Wheel freedom and, we are both really glad we did. They allowed us to try various models, see lots of others in their fabulous new showroom and then, hire some on a short term basis to really test out our choices. They even deducted the hire cost off the one we finally choose to buy. Brilliant service, they could not of helped us any better.”

“The Chessington showroom is fantastic with a huge choice of equipment well laid out. Wheelfreedom is a company with excellent customer service. From Martin in the showroom, Adam who delivered my mum's wheelchair and all the backroom staff, everyone I dealt with was really helpful and supportive. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Absolutely gobsmacked by the service. We needed a chair short term for my wife with a badly broken ankle. Booked late afternoon Monday. Chair arrived before noon Wednesday. Chair was immaculate, packaging user friendly as it is used for the return. Very little assembly required, just fitting the foot and cast supports. Return arranged with one email and picked up bang on time. One very happy customer.”

“The knee scooter was brilliant for giving me the confidence to move round the house. It was comfortable and easy to manoeuvre. It was far better than the crutches or Zimmer frame I had as the scooter improved my mobility.”
