“Ordering was easy. Delivery and pick up was fast and reliable. The rollator was great; easy to use, very manoeuverable, comfortable. We returned only because we have decided to buy one. Would recommend”

“Hiring a wheelchair wasnt exactly on our bucket list of things to do in 2021... however from initial phone call to returning the chair at the end of its use its been an absolute pleasure to deal with wheel freedom. website was helpful initially and then everyone we spoke to on the phone was helpful and friendly and organising the rental was a doddle. chair arrived the next day ready to go. And when we were finished a quick phone call and it was whisked away the next day and a courtesy call followed to inform us they had received the chair back. Excellent service :)”

“Really helpful when making enquiry over the telephone. We needed a wheel chair to accommodate my husband's full length leg brace. Chair was just what we needed, built for his purpose, robust, adaptable, portable and comfortable. Prompt delivery and collection. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.”

“Excellent service. We hired a wheelchair for an elderly relative just for the day, as an experiment to prove how much they benefit from one! It worked. Wheelchair was delivered and collected with ease, thank you.”

“Wheelchair arrived day after I contacted Wheelfreedom. Easy to get out of box I used it a few times over a fortnight due to ankle injury. They collected it the day after I rang to say I had finished with it. Wheelchair packed away easily. The delivery and collection was straight forward. The wheelchair suited my needs well. Very helpful and friendly on the telephone. Thank you”

“Very quick and efficient, great quality of wheelchair supplied. Only slight complaint is that the delivery and collection charge is quite steep - but it was worth it in our case.”

“Wheel Freedom are terrific. They're really helpful, accommodating with visit times and give excellent advice. They're provided me with a Permobil F5 VS, which has improved my life somewhat. Doriano, Daniel and their office staff are lovely. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Really great service. We booked the chair no problem, had it delivered directly to our door two days later, it was in perfect condition and it was then collected from us again on the date we specified. It was lightweight and sturdy, and the customer service from the Wheelfreedom team was excellent. I even got a phone call to let me know they'd received the chair back at their depot again. The only minor faff is that the delivery and collection time windows are pretty broad (9am-5pm for collection) so you need to make sure someone's home for that, but other than that it was perfect.”
