My husband had an accident where he broke his knee cap and had to keep his leg straight and not put any weight on it. I googled wheel chair hire and found Wheel Freedom. I telephoned in the late afternoon and spoke to a very helpful lady who organised the delivery the very next day for the type of wheel chair I needed. I paid over the phone for 2 weeks hire which was very reasonable indeed. By 9.30 a.m. the next morning this very well packaged box arrived and we were out the door in half an hour down to the beach front! Could not believe the level of service - it was brilliant! Lovely wheel chair - looked brand new to me and was very easy to push and my husband said it was very comfortable too. When we had finished with it I made another telephone call and spoke to another really lovely helpful lady who arranged collection of it and the same guy picked it up as delivered it. He very kindly lifted it for me too. Excellent service from this company - so efficient and helpful and actually did what they said they were going to do which is quite rare these days. We don't live local to Wheel Freedom - we live 110 miles away. I would strongly recommend this company if you are ever in the unfortunate position as we were!
