“I am P from the VERY POOR review below. I was called promptly from the manager who arranged a collection at a specific time. He was very nice and helpful. Right away he fixed the poor serviced received before.”

“Spent entire day at home to wait for delivery. Wheelchair was delivered dirty and with defected / not proper arm rest. Spent another day at home to get new arm rest delivered Spent another day at home for collection! Could not even step out for 10 min to collect my kids from school across the street because SUE from collection would not inform collection company to call me on mobile. Worse service I have ever had”

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that our service let you down on this occasion. All our equipment goes through a professional steam clean and service in between hires. However, on this occasion we appear to have fallen short of our usual high standards, for which I would like to apologise. “Although we didnt get chance to use the wheelchair the delivery,pickup and communication with the company were excellent,I would not hesitate in recommending this company to someone who needed their services.”

“Hired a scooter to go on a short break in September . The service and delivery was excellent and staff so helpful. I now need another item. They need more advertising as lots people never heard of them . I only found them by accident using Internet.”

“Very happy with the service I received. Ordered the wheelchair one dat and as promised it was delivered the following day. Very easy to remove from box and assemble The wheelchair was in good condition and user found it comfortable. I found it easy to manoeuvre. Pick up at end of rental period was also fast and efficient. Would recommend Wheelfreedom to others.”

“Delivery and collection went fine and it was very easy to place order online. The wheelchair we hired was good for short trips on even ground - harder work on steep hill with uneven pavement. But overall fine for our purposes. The orthopeadic leg trolley - a good idea, but just wasn't safe to use in my house with hard wood floors and linoleum in the kitchen where there was no resistance/breaking from the flooring and as no break on the trolley it slipped about dangerously. Either that or I don't have enough muscle in my upper leg to control it properly.”

“I hired a knee walker. Firstly the company is excellent and all the deliveries and collections were perfect. Even when I had to postpone a collection they were very efficient. Secondly the machine itself. I can highly recommend hiring one of these. I've tried non weight bearing on crutches before and it's a wobbly experience leading to accidents, crashes and occasional slips requiring me to put my bad foot down. But this machine.... so much better. I was stable and confident all the time. Literally all the time. It meant that my injury has had a much better chance of healing as it was meant to. The only time I used my crutches was for the stairs. And back at the orthopaedic hospital I was stopped so many time by people wanting the details, everyone was exasperated with their cructhes and jealous of how well i was getting around.”

“I am so happy my sister introduced me to your services! I would not have had much of a holiday if we had not hired the light weight wheelchair for my mother. We had the freedom to go anywhere. The wheelchair was so easy to fold /unfold & put the pedals on & instructions were simple & easy to follow. Thank you also for delivering this wheelchair to & from our hotel - Many many thanks”

“Prompt efficient delivery and collection was most impressive. At times of emergency, like my broken ankle, help is needed. I could not have coped without my wheelchair, easily manoeuvrable and surprisingly light. The reasonable rate paid was worth it's weight in gold! Thank you Wheelfreedom, from Linda Smith!”

“This wheel walker was the answer to all my prayers. Having had some bones fused on my middle foot and not being able to put any weight on, this gave me the freedom to move about the house and go out to eat (much to my husbands relief) and visits to the Hospital. Everybody who saw it was very impressed. If you have surgery and mustn't put weight on your foot "HIRE ONE". The peope at Wheelfreedom couldn't have been more helpful. A BIG Thank you.”

“The knee scooter I rented from Wheel Freedom was a life saver. After breaking my ankle and ending up in plaster with crutches I was struggling to get around. I was terrible with crutches and the knee scooter gave me the freedom to go out and about with my friends and do more round the house. It also helped me at work as I work in a large open plan office. The service from Wheel Freedom was superb, the scooter arrived within 24 hours of me getting the plaster cast on. No problems with delivery or pick up of the scooter. A very happy customer.”
