“I was quite happy with the scooter I hired, from wheel freedom, I had broken a bone in my foot and I needed to get out so I was greatful that wheel care was so helpful in getting a scooter to me in a good time ,I would recommend them anytime, g taylor”

“Once again Wheelfreedom have delivered great service. From first phone call to collection everything was perfect. This was second time we have used Wheelfreedom and we can not fault anything. It made our holiday so much easier. Thank you very much. If we need to hire a wheelchair again will definately use Wheelfreedom.”

“Service & wheelchair were good. The only complaint I have is that the seat on my wheelchair was not pulled taut so there was a sag in the seat that made my posture even worse & very uncomfortable”

“The service was good, but the payment method should be weekly. I dont think its fair to pay for more 2 weeks because of more one or two days.”

Dear Mr Ferreira, Thank you for your feedback and I’m pleased to hear you had a good experience of our service. We take payments every 2 weeks in order to keep transaction charges down and therefore help us keep our prices as low as possible. However we will refund any unused weeks once a product comes back to us. The exception to this is the first two weeks, we have to have a 2 week minimum charge in order to cover the steam cleaning and servicing of the equipment between hires. “The wheelchair itself was very good quality and relatively easy to use given that we had never used one before. Getting it back into the cardboard box was a bit tricky! Slightly more detailed instructions would have helped. Otherwise an excellent and speedy service. Thank you”

“Prompt efficient service from start to finish. The chair I hired for my mum was just right, the worry of how to get a chair was all taken away by being able to review the product and order on line. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs mobility aids but doesn't want to buy them”

“I hired a knee scooter after having an operation on my Achilles. After a quick phone call the scooter was delivered the next day.im must say it may my life much easier, allowing me to get around and even return to work earlier than expected. I was a little disappointed in the condition as it was a little scratched and the knee rest was very worn, however it work fine and did the job. While out and about so many people commented what a great idea it was and that they had never see one before. All in all a good service and worth every penny. Thanks”

Dear Ms Spychalska, Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry that our service let you down on this occasion. Our couriers delivered the wheelchair at 11.21am on the day of delivery, and the concierge accepted delivery of the wheelchair on your behalf. We have since spoken to our couriers to ensure that they attempt to deliver direct to the customer's door first, and only leave the wheelchair with a concierge if specifically instructed to in advance or if there is no-one in. As agreed with one of our customer service team, we have given you an extra day's hire, to ensure that you were not charged for the day that you did not have use of the wheelchair.
