“Thank you for your quick and effecient service at such short notice and delivered the next day. Your equipment was first class and easy to handle, plus the fact the wheelchair was easy to unpack and just rolled out of the box. When ordering the equipment I was impressed by the effeciency and knowledge of the person that took my order, he was able to answer all my questions. “I found the whole experience of ordering my scooter and getting it and sending it back very easy to do. The scooter itself was extremely helpful and I don't think I would have managed without it. I would use wheel freedom again without any hesitation.”

“The service I received from Wheelfreedom was outstanding. I recently broke my leg and needed a wheelchair for a few weeks. The delivery and collection service was first class and the wheelchair was clean, easy to use and in excellent condition. I was also kept fully informed by e mail. Thank you for making this process so stress free”

“Great service. My 8 year old daughter broke her leg and was struggling with crutches so we decided to hire a wheelchair to get us through our summer holiday. Chair was delivered the day after we placed the order and was exactly what we needed. Chair was clean and in good condition and gave us no problems. When I rang up to arrange return of the chair, it was collected later the same day. Would definitely recommend Wheelfreedom.”

“Staff on the phone were very friendly, polite and helpful. The very simple ordering and returns process works well. My knee scooter was really good and much easier than crutches in most places.”

“It was such an easy process to order and later return my knee scooter. The scooter was fab and so much easier than crutches in most places. It also meant i could still enjoy the holiday i booked before i broke my ankle!”

“The service was excellent on all levels. The knee trolley was very useful although great care needs to be taken when using it over and between different floor surfaces within the house eg. From carpets / rugs/ tiles / laminates as it can be rather skittish.”

“Prompt delivery and return. Wheelchair easy to use, described as upmarket by a doctor! Very reasonable hire rates, I would recommend to others and God forbid if I needed a wheelchair again, I would not hesitate to use this company.”

“Overall happy with the wheelchair, it was a great help for our family holiday. My only criticism is that the chair seemed to veer to the left and was quite hard to push because of this, therefore only my brothers could push my dad in the wheelchair as it was too difficult for myself and my mum.”
