Delivery and collection went fine and it was very easy to place order online. The wheelchair we hired was good for short trips on even ground - harder work on steep hill with uneven pavement. But overall fine for our purposes. The orthopeadic leg trolley - a good idea, but just wasn't safe to use in my house with hard wood floors and linoleum in the kitchen where there was no resistance/breaking from the flooring and as no break on the trolley it slipped about dangerously. Either that or I don't have enough muscle in my upper leg to control it properly.
