“I was absolutely delighted with the service I received! Debbie was very efficient on the phone and extremely fast in replying to emails and it all worked out brilliantly. The wheelchair comes in a compact box, which is easy to store and unpacking/packing and unfolding/folding was really easy - also for wheelchair novices like me. My mother was visiting from abroad and without the wheelchair we would not have managed our "programme" - which included a visit to Ladies Day at Royal Ascot! Obviously with a slightly spruced-up version of the wheelchair!”

“It was such a smoth process to hire the wheelchair! Easy to use website, great customer service on the phone for quieries and payment, convenient courier delivery, and the rolling agreement gave us full flexibility to keep it as long as we needed it. Would deflitely recommend Wheelfreedom.”

“Wheelfreedom is a very professional and helpful company to deal with. I went on holiday and left tne scooter keys at home. Kelly at Wheelfreedom contacted the manufacturer, identified that they had a spare key and agreed with them that they would send the key to me for next day delivery via DPD. Just had notification that it will arrive tomorrow. Thank you very much Kelly and Wheelfreedom. I so appreciate it.”

“The service I received from everyone at Wheelfreedom was superb. My request to hire a chair was dealt with quickly and without fuss. The engineer who delivered the chair was so pleasant and professional. Every area of this whole experience was way beyond what I expected. I would not hesitate to recommend them from the first point of contact to the chair being collected. This service is special.”

“I recently needed to hire a lightweight wheelchair. From the first phone call to the wheelchair chair delivery the service was brilliant. Good telephone call outline all costs, delivery and returns. Called on the Thursday to arrange collection, was picked up next day. Highly recommended”

“Very useful to be able to hire a wheelchair on short notice. Chair was fine but a bit difficult to get up and down curbs because of the stabilisers at the back. Fast delivery and no hassle pick up.”

“I found the whole experience brilliant, from the first phone call to hire a fold up wheelchair to delivery which was on time, to extending the hire a couple of times to cancelling the hire and pick up. “One of the reasons forv5 stars, and the main one, is that there is little to tell. At every stage of the hire of the (used Pride Colt) scooter, throughout the 3 years of the contract, the staff at wheelfreedom went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly, and it did. They were patient when I got the odd missed payment, and prompt when the only fault was a duff charger, which was replaced immediately! I would recommend them to anyone. Allan.”
