I hired a wheelchair to help with my 89 year old father’s mobility issues. Despite him telling me he did not need it, a wheelchair made our lives so much better and we got out much more. The wheelchair itself came in great condition with clear instructions for use. Any time I rang up for advice I spoke to super helpful and friendly call handlers. After renting a wheelchair for a number of weeks, at what I consider to be a reasonable rate, I now know what to look for when we buy one. So thank you.
