It was very easy to phone and make a booking. The wheelchair for my 4year old granddaughter arrived the very next day, even though we live in Yorkshire. It was very clean and easy to fold up. It fitted in the boot of my small car, with the parcel shelf removed My granddaughter was delighted with it and it proved so useful for getting her to school and going out and about at the weekend, whilst her leg was broken. Once she was better, returning the chair was also extremely easy to arrange. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful. I would really recommend this company to anyone requiring the temporary use of wheelchair. I had tried to find a child's wheelchair locally, but no-one had one, so it was great to be able to organise one so quickly and easily over the phone.
