I found the process of having to short term hire a wheelchair through Wheelfreedom seamless, from information on the website to the customer service from order to arranging the return collection. I was astounded that we received next day for both delivery and collection which is fantastic customer service and a credit to the company to give 1st class service. I would like to add I had no knowledge of the service or the company until I had to get a wheelchair quickly when my husband was discharged from hospital following a stroke. Could not recommend highly enough
