“All the arrangements for hiring the wheelchair were excellent. Delivery and pickup were extremely efficient. Packing arrangements were very easy and efficient and communication via e-mail and telephone were first class. I have no hesitation in recommending the service to anyone.”

“I found your staff to be very helpful and polite, the service was exellent, the wheelchair was delivered and collected on time with no problems, I was also notified of this via e-mail which I found very useful as the wheelchair had been delivered to my holiday destination. I found the whellchair in good working condition, and above all it allowed me to have a good holiday. I would recommend your service to friends and would definitely use your services again if needed.”

“Needed an indoor sheelchair to tide me over for a torn ligaments in my knee. The service was absolutely perfect. The delivery the collection all wen swimmingly. Wouldn't hesitate to hire or buy from wheelfreedom. If and when I needed a wheelchair. Customer service second to none.”

“The initial telephone contact was not encouraging, it was as if I was through to the wrong company. After that, though, everything happened as it said it would on the website: the wheelchair arrived the next day, did just what I needed it to do, and was collected promptly when I finished with it. The packaging is simple and effective, and the carriers that were used have some common sense. The box was left in, and collected from, my garage as requested, with a card both times to acknowledge that this had happened. Recommended. Simon harding”

“Very very helpful and polite call taker. We had the leg elevators missing from original delivery but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Good product. Hope not to have to use again but would should the occasion arise :-). Thank you”

“Their services was very good. I rang them to loan a wheelchair for my disabled son. I recieved the wheelchair the following day less than 24 hour. The chair was clean and it came with instuctions and in a very nice box, I was really happy with their services and will recommend them for others. Delivery and collectiion was excellent. From Doris”
