“I broke my heel mid September 2013, and needed to find a wheelchair quickly as the NHS could not provide me with one. My husband found wheelform whilst searching on the web. I was very impressed with the high level of customer service offered: courteous people on the end of a phone- prompt answer time efficient and timely delivery-- the box was carried into the house for me- (very grateful for this) equipment- very good quality and safe reasonable hire prices which made it affordable as I needed the chair for some months”

“I needed to find an electronic bath chair lift for my elderly mother who was coming to stay with me over the festive season so that she could enjoy a bath in my house (she has one in her own home). Wheelfreedom staff were extremely helpful, sourced exactly what I wanted, delivered the item and collected it exactly when they said they would. the equipment was clean and in good working order. I will definitely use them again for short-term equipment rental.”

“I hired from Wheelfreedom as I had no experience of wheel chairs. I arranged the wheel chair for my mother over the Christmas period so we could get her out and about. They offered excellent delivery and collection service plus very helpful customer service. It did everything that we wanted it do. The chair was lightweight and easy to put into the boot of the car. Thank you.”

“I smashed up my ankle 2 weeks before Christmas and was non weight bearing for 6 weeks. This scooter was marvellous and helped me get around the very large building I work in. I cannot recommend it more highly.”

“I wasn't sure buy or rent.....in the end rent is was, possible 3 months out with a broken ankle meant mobility was needed round the house. In the end it was used for the whole period of booking and it was simple each two weekly period money was debited to my card account and when a wheel came loose they volunteered to send out another for the very next day to keep me mobile! Great service, great attitude and simple to return at the end of the hire, I would thoroughly recommend this company.”

“The service you provided us with was excellent. The wheelchair was of a very high standard and was very easy for me to operate on behalf of my husband who is registered blind. We took the wheelchair on holiday with us to Spain and it was brilliant for folding down and putting back up making it very efficient . Many thanks for making our holiday a very pleasant one.”
