“Their services was very good. I rang them to loan a wheelchair for my disabled son. I recieved the wheelchair the following day less than 24 hour. The chair was clean and it came with instuctions and in a very nice box, I was really happy with their services and will recommend them for others. Delivery and collectiion was excellent. From Doris”

“I was extremely impressed by your service from start to finish.After surgery for a broken ankle ,your knee trolley was invaluable and made life so much easier.Many people commented on what a good idea it was (including other patients struggling with crutches and the orthopaedic consultant as I whizzed down the hospital corridor for my check ups!) Many thanks for making an unpleasant time bearable. Tracy Mackie”

“Superb service. Really helpful and friendly. Incredibly responsive . The wheelchair which was of excellent quality was delivered the next day and collected the same day I requested it to be collected. Everyone I came into contact with were really willing to help. I can not recommend this service highly enough. It was so impressive.”

“This is an excellent service. I was discharged from hospital on crutches after a fall, but unable to walk any distance. Without your wheelchair I would have been stuck indoors for weeks. It arrived when you said it would and collected promptly when I no longer needed it. LIghtweight and foldable it was perfect for my needs. What more could I ask?”

“Delivery was quick efficient and on time. The driver very capably explaining how to work the mobility scooter. The scooter itself was not too difficult for me to manage on my own even before my foot allowed me to walk much. The weight of the battery the most difficult to carry. I did have a little trouble fitting the battery and found it quite difficult to release. The scooter itself was a life saver for me before I was able to drive. It meant I was no longer house bound. Thank you”

“Wonderful! I hired one of the folding scooters when I broke my foot recently and it was taking a while to heal. I had already been in a boot for 4 weeks and very limited in my mobility and could not bear the thought of not being able to get out for another 3 weeks. This scooter was a life saver! Although it was a bit heavy in parts to lift in and out of the car it was possible to do it on my own with a bit of practice and really changed my life in the final 3 weeks of recovery - I was able to go shopping again :) I have a Smart car and it fitted very well into the boot. Thanks Wheelfreedom for great delivery and pick up service!”

“This company were one of the few that hire electric wheel chairs and so they were ahead of the game to start off with. A very man delivered and collected the chair from my mother and she was very pleased. You have to hire the chair for two weeks at a time but if you only use one week they refund your money for the second week. We were not sure when my mother's chair was going to be fixed so we had to take an extra two weeks as she could not function without a chair. Apart from the lack of flexibility on the length of hire this was a very good company.”
