“We went to the Manchester store and were served by Amy. She listened to what I was looking for and brought out a dress even better than I described. She encouraged us to take photos and video call my sister who was not able to be there. I spent ages in the dress trying different accessories, moving around, sitting down etc. Amy was patient, polite and gave us privacy to discuss the dress. There was absolutely no hard sell and Amy was willing to bring out more dresses/accessories to try with no obligation. By far the best & most relaxed experience of the 4 places we had visited. I would highly recommend visiting Wed2b Manchester.”

“Esther was very helpful and friendly when I came in to look at dresses with my mum in January. She listened to everything I had to say (and I am a bit picky) and I walked away with a dress I really love. I would really recommend wed2b and Esther for being so accommodating.”

“The lady that helped me was lovely, she really listend to what I wanted and didnt want and really understood how I wanted to feel in the dress. She completely nailed it and I found my dream dress so fast I couldnt reccomend the shop and experience enough!”

“Went with a friend to your Brighton store today for her to buy a wedding dress. Right from when we walked through the door until we left almost 2 1/2 hrs later, the service was 5 star plus. The staff made us both feel so welcome and made us feel completely at ease. Myra was amazing. She couldn’t help enough. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very patient. Myra had listened to what my friend had in mind and she didn’t disappoint. The dress she picked out for my friend is just beautiful and was just what my friend had had in mind. It looked stunning on my friend. Not only did my friend want a wedding dress but she also wanted a dress for the evening. Myra didn’t hesitate in finding the right dress again. I was super impressed by the relaxing professional service Myra gave my friend. My friend was super happy. We both left the shop smiling and loaded up with two beautiful dresses. All of the ladies working in the shop were very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend the shop to other Brides to Be. Thank you”

“I had a lovely time today choosing my wedding dress. Kim was so lovely, made us all feel very welcome. We were able to look through the dresses and choose ones I liked. Kim then had so much useful information and knowledge aswell as giving us a great amount of time to find my dream dress. I felt very comfortable in her company and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience.”

“Excellent service, the sales assistant Beth was lovely, very attentive, listened to what I wanted and helped me pick my dream dress in just 8 dresses! She was very patient and encouraging. Would recommend going on a week day if possible as the staff said it can get crazy on a weekend. 5/5”

“I had an amazing experience in the Manchester store today. After my last dress was cut too short with only 3 months until our wedding day I was panicking, stressed and dreading trying to find something to compare. Georgie couldn’t have done more to make me feel at ease, well looked after and helped me find a dress that was even better than the one I had before. I never felt any pressure to buy additional things, she took the time to listen to me, my likes and dislikes and I came away with my dream dress, veil and a belt all for less than my first dress cost alone!! Absolutely nothing was too much and I didn’t feel rushed in the slightest. Georgie was running to and from the fitting room to pull more dresses for me to try, and typically it all came back to the very first one I put on. Thanks so much to all the team at Manchester store, but especially to Georgie who made me feel amazing and comfortable. One very happy bride with only 3 months to go!!”
