“I came this morning with the hope of finding my dream dress. I came away with exactly that and more! An amazing experience the two ladies who were in today were so lovely. My dress and added extras were put together like they had waved a magic wand! Definitely come here before even considering going anywhere else. Everything was packed with such a lot of care and just real genuine ladies that listen to your ideas and then create exact look your going for. Can’t recommend here enough. Thank you for making my dream dress a true reality Amber xx”

“I cannot recommend this wedding dress shop highly enough! The entire experience was beautiful, stress-free, and incredibly personal, thanks to the two wonderful consultants who helped me: Daisie and Elsa. I visited the shop on two separate occasions, and the continuity of care was outstanding. On my first visit, Daisie was attentive, knowledgeable, and instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable. I found the perfect dress and she was lovely to set aside the dress for me to try a couple days later with my friends and family. For my second appointment, Elsa picked up exactly where Daisie left off. Her dedication to detail was apparent; she provided opinions without being overbearing based on my previous feedback with the dress. Both Daisie and Elsa deserve immense credit for their kind, caring attention to detail. They didn't just focus on the dress; they were equally lovely to my entire entourage, ensuring everyone felt included and excited. Thanks to their combined efforts and genuine warmth, I said YES to the dress! It is truly perfect. If you want personalized, five-star service where the staff cares about you and your loved ones, this is the place to go.”

“Just got my dress.. it is stunning! The girls have been so helpful especially Supreetha was so nice and understanding and helped so much as she took pictures and videos of me with the dresses I tried. I was alone and she helped me so much! Thank you! From the bottom of my heart! She was patient with me ane generally Everything was excellent.”

“I’m a 25 year old bride and this was the very first shop I went to, I was extremely nervous and scared about everything but Deb sat me and my MOH down, asked me what I wanted in a dress how I was feeling and all about my venue. We chose 3 dresses and took them to the dressing room and after putting on the second I fell in love. Deb, thank you so much for your patience, humour and expertise! You made me feel so beautiful and comfortable and I cannot thankyou enough for everything x”

“In eerste instantie een fijne ontvangst Helaas werd er bij het kopen van de jurk allerlei aangerekend wat de aankoop een stuk duurder maakte Pas thuis ontdekten we dat er stukken toegevoegd waren die wij niet gevraagd hadden! Bij het teruggaan naar de winkel werden we echt niet fijn behandeld en niets kon worden teruggegeven. De dame aan de kassa zei dat ze bij het afrekenen alles had vernoemd wat niet waar was! Een verkooptruc blijkbaar. We zaten opgescheept met onnodige en dure stukken 😞 Let goed op bij de afrekening en haal wat je niet gevraagd had uit de zakken!!! Ons zien ze er nooit meer terug. Wat een leuke aankoop moest worden is in mineur geëindigd”

She was patient and listened to what I had to say and what I wanted. She was friendly and polite. And we had a good laugh with those I took with me. I was so pleased with the service!”

“Cannot fault my experience with wed2b. From contacting head office to going to the store in Leeds has been a wonderful experience! The staff in the Leeds store were so welcoming! Lily and Mary were so friendly and informative. I was served by Lily and she made me feel at ease and she was hands on making my vision come to life. I wasn’t rushed and felt like a priority 🥰. So glad and happy that I was able to say yes to the dress in this store!”

“Visited the Southampton store with my mum on Saturday to try styles on for the first time. Yaz was fantastic, so patient and I honestly couldn't ask for a better first experience trying on gowns. Brilliant customer service and made me feel so at ease, even if I didn't find the 'one' this time. Will be back just to have Yaz help me again.”
