“I had such a lovely experience at WED2B! Charing Cross. From the moment I tried on my dress, I felt so special and couldn’t stop thinking about it afterwards. The whole experience was amazing, and Lauren made me feel so comfortable, welcome and excited throughout. I went home thinking about the dress and knew I had to go back and buy it! “I visited the Wed2b shop in Swindon on a whim with my Mum to have a look at some dresses. We knew no appointment was needed, so arrived shortly after opening to ensure we wouldn't have to wait too long to be seen, and we got seen straight away. Rhea was fantastic throughout, listened to what I thought I wanted, and still brought out a range of different styles so I felt like I had tried on all possibilities! I ended up buying a dress that I would not have looked twice at on the website, or on the hanger, but which Rhea pulled and perfectly encapsulated what I had said I wanted to look like! She also found a beautiful veil which was the perfect finishing touch. I tried on 5 dresses over the course of about 2 hours, and ended up going with the third dress I tried. I never felt rushed, or pressured into making a purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Swindon store, and particularly Rhea, to other brides looking to buy a beautiful, affordable dress. We had a really lovely experience.”

“I visited we2be Newcastle and was helped by the lovely Izzy, she was friendly, bubbly positive and helpful and helped me find my wedding dress. The shop was very quiet as we went on a Monday and there was only one other bride in store alongside me. After trying on 5 dresses Izzy let me know she had to move on as another bride was waiting, and I was then directed to the manager and was advised that I could try on any of the dresses again if needed. Unfortunately, the manager (beth?) was quite unhelpful and made me feel rushed and suggested that I couldn’t try on my chosen dress again before deciding to put it on hold. She suggested that because I had tried five dresses on this was as many as I was allowed to try on and asked me to go and collect my shoes and bra from the dressing room and suggested that we left which made me feel a little embarrassed. I did put a dress on hold and then returned two weeks later with my bridal party, upon entering the store I was greeted by Shannon and told her that I wanted to try on my dress again along with a few other others to ensure that I could make the right decision for me. Shannon said this was fine, but then when I was taken to the dressing room, the lady who helped me was taken back when I asked to try on a couple more dresses and asked if I had changed my mind about the one that I had put on hold. I shared that I just wanted to make sure that I was making the right decision to which she replied, “oh okay I’ll have to go and check with my manager because I think she has put me with a bride”. Myself included and everybody else in the shop shopping for their wedding dress is a bride to be so I was unsure what she meant by this but I felt dismissed and rushed. I did end up getting the dress that I had put on hold and feel like it was the right decision for me, however, apart from Izzy I felt like a lot of the staff rushed me were dismissive and negative and just wanted me to buy the dress and leave, thank you Izzy for making my initial experience really enjoyable. I am saddened to see that on my receipt Izzy‘s name is not next to the sale of my dress however her name is on my receipt for the initial deposit to put the dress on hold. I hope Izzy gets the recognition for finding me this wonderful dress and for this sale of the lovely Loreto. X”

“We arrived at 2pm and were told that we needed a consultant to try on bridesmaid dresses (one bridesmaid) and there were no consultants available for the rest of the day; we were only allowed to look at the dresses. We would have booked an appointment prior but they operate on walk-ins only so we left empty handed. Disappointing and a waste of our time .”

“I had an amazing experience today with the help of Julia at the stoke on trent store. On arrival the staff we're so helpful and happy to help. The atmosphere there was relaxed. Julia explained what the visit would entail and helped guide me though the trial, she showed me some beautiful dresses and gave me the time to try what I wanted and gave me great advice. I would definitely recommend other brides to go visit the store as I was able to say "yes to the dress" and had an enjoyable time doing it.”

“Becky from Leeds absolutely made my bridal experience. I had recently visited the Manchester store and saw a dress I loved on the mannequin but they didn't have my size in the blush so I had to try it on in ivory and it didn't give me the feeling I was hoping it was. I was then able to source the right colour in Leeds in my size. I made the arrangements to go on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by only a 30 minute despite being told by staff they were extremely busy. I tried on the dress that I haven't been able to stop thinking about, to be disheartened by it not being what I was hoping it would be. However Becky handled everything so professionally and really helped me through the emotional roller coaster I was going through. I tried on several more dresses and kept comparing them to what I went there to try on. She gently prompted me to revisit the Ivory because of me constantly referencing it. I was hesitant at first but I trusted her. And she was right, I got that feeling that everyone tells you about when you find the one! There are few changes I want to make but Becky spoke me through it and showed me various examples of what it will look like once altered. I arrived at the store feeling extremely overwhelmed by the amount of pressure I'd put on myself, but I was immediately put at ease, I felt like I was actually being listened to even though I was struggling to articulate what I actually wanted and didn't want from my wedding dress. I am so thrilled with my choice and I cannot wait to wear it on my big day!”

“Afgelopen vrijdag langs geweest voor het zoeken naar mijn trouwjurk. Hiervoor was ik al naar 2 winkels geweest die niet "de" jurk voor mij hadden. Gelukkig konden we (ik met 4 andere) hier langs komen zonder afspraak. Ik werd echt super geholpen. Ze luisteren naar je wensen maar laten ook jurken zien waarbij je in eerste instantie niet zou denken dat je leuk zou vinden. Juist hierdoor heb ik mijn jurk kunnen vinden. Daarnaast vond de rest van de groep het leuk hoe de presentatie van de jurk gedaan werd. Ondanks dat ze alles konden horen wat ik zei achter het gordijn (het was rustig in de winkel) werd het elke keer samen gevat en in 1x het gordijn open gedaan. Bij het uitzoeken van de jurk werdt er vaak 1 a 2 jurken gepakt en werdt mij gevraagd of ik de jurk wil aanpassen, daarna werd er gevraagd of ik de jurk wil laten zien. Wat ik erg fijn vond dat je niet verplicht wordt alles te laten zien ondanks dat je met een groepje bent. De jurken zijn allemaal in het budget wat ze aangeven exclusief eventuele accessoires. Ook deze accessoires zijn niet erg duur. Na het berekenen van de prijs wordt dit op een kaartje geschreven en persoonlijke gegeven zodat niet iedereen hoeft te weten hoeveel de kosten zijn. Alles bij elkaar was het zeker een top ervaring en ik zou deze winkel zeker aan iedereen aanraden die op zoek is naar een jurk.”

Wat mooi dat je onze manier van werken en de persoonlijke aandacht zo hebt gewaardeerd. “We visited the Chesham store yesterday and from the moment we was greeted I knew my daughter was going to find her wedding dress…the whole team made us feel so special we was lucky enough to find Jodie to look after us who was just amazing she listened to my daughters likes and she showed us her choice of dress which was the one…after trying on a few haha… thank you Jodie for your help you truly are a lovely lady and very good at your job the other thing about this shop is the price… it was so much cheaper than anywhere else and you can try the dress on in your size… unlike other bridal shops we visited… where a size 14 is being squashed into a size 10 and it’s meant to look beautiful. Anyway my daughter said yes to the dress and we left with it so for us we would give this store a very easy 10/10 thank you ladies 😀😀”

“I went to the Bournemouth site today with my sister (the bride), my mum and my other sister and it was the best experience myself and my family have had. We had Jessica as our dress consultant and she brought up our mood so much! Her personality was so bright, funny and made us all feel so comfortable! Wed2Be is genuinely the best bridal shop we have been to and I'm so greatful to have had such an amazing consultant! I was treated like royalty, with care, patience, empathy and enthusiasm. I ended up choosing a stunning dress, which I can't stop looking at. “I visited WED2B on Church Street in Stoke-on-Trent and had such a lovely experience, especially thanks to Lauren, who assisted me throughout my dress trials. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me find my wedding dress! Lauren was so friendly, patient and attentive, and she really understood what I was looking for. I asked for her help in finding something similar to the style I had in mind, and when I tried the dress she suggested, I instantly knew it was the one! I ended up choosing my wedding dress and veil, and I couldn’t be happier with both my choices and the wonderful service I received. Lauren made the whole experience feel so easy, comfortable and special.”
