“I just wanted to say a big thank you to Millie who helped my daughter find a beautiful flower/crystal headpiece/ comb for her special day. My daughter & I came into the shop & were greeted straightaway with smiles & professionalism & passed on to Millie. Millie took the time to go through lots of different options & came up with ideas. She didnt rush us & was so friendly & professional. My daughter had been looking for the right headpiece for a while & hadnt been able to find what she wanted, but Millie sorted it & we came away extremely happy with our purchase. Thank you so much. “I visited both the Chesham and Surbiton branches and the staff were so patient and friendly in both stores and really made me feel happy to be there. I also spoke to the customer care team who were amazing and helped me find the dress I wanted in my size and made the whole experience with Web2b a great one.”

“The best experience ever! We walked into Chesham wed2b with very little expectations to find the dress. First place. First dress try on session. Zero idea what we were doing or even what I wanted. And the girls were AMAZING! Not only did I find my perfect dress I also had such a special experience! Thank you all sooo much! I am so excited!”

“I wasn't expecting to find my dress today but Nicola at the Ashford store was very patient and helped pick out different styles to make it clearer in my mind what I wanted! Great concept - I especially enjoyed the tech aspect, using the app to rate dresses and ensure comms post purchase were accurate. Super friendly staff and I felt very at ease despite shopping alone for my wedding dress! I would recommend the experience to all future brides! Thank you :)”

“I was helped by Meghan today at Wed2B Ashford. I knew what I wanted (so I thought) and she listened and pulled dresses exactly as I asked. She then suggested one she thought would be great for me & to my surprise it was “the dress”! She was so great with ideas, taking on board everything I was saying and really made the experience a fantastic one! Go see Meghan if you’re looking for a dress! She is the best!”

“Went this morning to try on dresses to have a feel of what kind of style I liked as I very rarely dress up, was really nervous and apprehensive about it all as my confidence is quite low, but Molly was so kind and comforting, when something didn’t fit she instantly knew how to make me feel better and she was very patient with me. I was surprised I actually found a dress I liked enough to buy today, all thanks to Molly and Amy for having a better vision than me and for listening to me. Thank you so much.”

“Went to wed2b at ocean terminal in Edinburgh to have Julia as my consultant, although I had a very open mind she listened and paid attention to my reactions to find the “one” to which it didn’t take long 1 hour to be precise after trying 4 different dresses the 4th was the perfect dress for me. Julia also looked after 2 off my bridal party after 2 hours I walked out with my dress and bridesmaids ordered. Julia was passionate, reliable and very professional from start to finish would highly recommend wed2b too anyone even though it is a walk in service it can be busy so I would recommend giving people visiting to have plenty of time. As the consultants do not rush you they are there to guide you to finding your perfect dress, and at the prices it worth the wait for a stress free experience.”

“I recently purchased my wedding dress from Wed2B and had the most amazing experience from start to finish. What I loved most was that the dresses were all picked out for me based on what I described — it made the whole process feel so personal and stress-free. I was able to try on a variety of different styles, including some I wouldn’t have chosen myself, which really helped me find the perfect dress. There was no pressure at all, and I could try on as many dresses as I wanted, which made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout. They made me feel comfortable, confident, and truly special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience finding my wedding dress — I would highly recommend Wed2B to any bride-to-be!”

“Myself and my bridal party went on 6/2/26 at the metro centre location. We were paired with Denise. She was absolutely fantastic!!! She listened to everything I said and every single pull was amazing 👏🏻 We ended up walking out with my dream dress in under 2 hours. But didn't feel like 2 hours at all, was just an amazing experience! All the other shop employees were also just amazing when they went past and had a little nosey - all in such a sweet way. Honestly could not recommend Wed2b enough! Love every single second xxx”

“Terrible service . Had many WhatsApp chats with them where they said they are a WALK IN and even though it could get busy there will be time to be seen. I arrived around 3pm on a Saturday. Told it was completely booked as people come in early and log there name in the system to come back later. Was never told this ? Came from far and honestly they should make clear it’s a first come first serve not really a walk in service as there that there isnt a guarantee to be seen. Wouldn’t bother”

“Honestly couldn't recommend this company enough. I went in full of anxiety and nerves. I'm not a girly girl, I had absolutely no idea of what I wanted or what would suit me. Just seeing all those dresses on the rails spun my head, and that was without even looking at them. But Shannon was amazing. From the second she greeted us, she made me feel calm. She reassured me every step of the way, offered her expert advice and support and found me my perfect dress. I honestly cannot thank her enough. She's made this very nervous and anxious bride feel so confident that I now cannot wait to put this dress back on and flaunt it, in all its glory on my wedding day. I fear I may never take it off after. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart. 💜”

“We visited on a walk in app & although the girls were run off their feet they gave our bride such great attention and were amazing at suggesting different styles to try. Brilliant experience, special shout-out to Ann who made sure our bride Orla had everything just right! She said yes to the dress & staff stayed past closing to make sure we had everything needed. Couldn’t recommend enough!”
