“I had a brilliant experience at Wed2b Swindon and this was purely down to the attention and care of Lillie who helped me say yes to the dress! Lillie took the time to sit down and listen to my insecurities and the type of dress I would like before getting a couple of dresses I had seen on the website. I felt as though Lillie really listened to what I did and didn't like about each dress. She then choose one out for me and this was the one I said yes to (and totally different to what I was expecting!!). Lillie chose the dress based on what I liked and said to give it a go as she was sure the neckline would totally suit me and how right was she! She made me feel totally at ease and I will never forget buying my dress. Thank you so much :)”

“Was an unplanned visit just me and my daughter, we waited over an hour to try some dresses on and ended up purchasing. Milly was amazing and make me feel very comfortable and the dress I got was beautiful. However, everybody else who were in larger groups all got given the chance to have a picture with the “I said yes to the dress.” Sign… I was just rushed to pay and given my dress. Left me feeling very deflated and not excited where as all the larger groups the staff seemed to be super excited even clapping etc. I left feeling quite deflated especially after spending £1147 and not even being offered to have a picture. But hey ho, Milly was great, and the dress is beautiful.”

“I had an amazing day at WED2BE with my mum and sister. The service was first class and I couldn't thank Lisa enough, nothing was to much trouble for her. Lisa is a lovely lady who helped me find my perfect dress which I am in love with. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.”

“Wow! I made a spontaneous trip to Wed2b and it couldn’t have been better. From the moment we arrived, the team couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Sophia served me and understood exactly what I was looking for. She made me comfortable, was very respectful of privacy when changing, and was never pushy. The dresses were all beautiful, and after trying on 6 (thanks to Sophia’s patience) I chose my dress. It was a fantastic experience and I couldn’t be happier with my dress.”

“I visited the Hinckley branch today and had such a wonderful experience. Alice was so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff members. I tried on four dresses, but my yes went to the second dress I tried on!”

“Deze week mijn bruidsjurk gekocht bij Wed2b Arnhem! Ik ben heel goed geholpen om mijn jurk te vinden. Al was dit geen makkelijke taak voor de stylisten die mij hebben geholpen, omdat ik in mijn achterhoofd al een jurk in gedachten had die ik al eerder had gepast. Toch is het hen gelukt! Ik ben zo blij met mijn jurk en kan niet wachten op de bruiloft 😍”

“Amber was exceptional with helping me find a wedding dress. Amber understood my different requirements such as a dress that can travel abroad for my destination wedding. Amber was kind and friendly and made me feel at ease the whole time. I couldn’t have asked for a bridal expert at my first ever visit trying on dresses. “We went to the Manchester store and were served by Amy. She listened to what I was looking for and brought out a dress even better than I described. She encouraged us to take photos and video call my sister who was not able to be there. I spent ages in the dress trying different accessories, moving around, sitting down etc. Amy was patient, polite and gave us privacy to discuss the dress. There was absolutely no hard sell and Amy was willing to bring out more dresses/accessories to try with no obligation. By far the best & most relaxed experience of the 4 places we had visited. I would highly recommend visiting Wed2b Manchester.”
