“Hannah was lovely! Being a plus size, older bride, she made me feel really comfortable in the dressing room. She picked some really nice dresses for me to try, and I found my perfect dress. Because I came on my own not expecting to buy a dress that day, I was disappointed that I didn't have my daughter with me. Hannah made the lovely suggestion that I bring her another day and I can try the dress on again and take photos together, it also gives her the chance to look at bridesmaid dresses. Thank you so much Hannah, you turned a very daunting experience into a really enjoyable one.”

“Lovely service throughout as well as loads of dresses to choose from. The staff were very friendly whether it be the person signing you in, the person helping you try on the dresses or even another member of staff just passing by. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking to get either a wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses or even flower girl dresses. A special mention to Jodie who was the amazing girl who helped me try on many dresses today and thoroughly listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress as well as being an all round friendly and amazing person, thank you!”

“Fabulous. Lots of stock, reasonable prices, and very knowledgeable staff. It's a 4/5 rating only because I didn't find "the one" - however I KNOW plenty of brides really will so please don't let that put you off. Edith was SO patient with me. I tried 6 dresses in lots of different styles. I am an older bride, size 16 with sizable bust. I had little idea of what I wanted - but lots of ideas of what I don't like. Initially, I wanted to wear my own bra, the dress therefore should have proper straps or sleeves and no padding, but the last dress I tried was a strapless fish tail style with a cape!!! The shop is a bit of an aladin's cave as it doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's a warehouse of treasures within. Edith's knowledge of the stock and accessories was second to none and i felt very comfortable throughout the process - even going bra less in some of the styles. Somehow I became really indecisive today and I'll probably be coming back. Given it is my only experience of shopping for a wedding dress if I can offer some advice to other brides it would be:- - take water / nuts as a snack / hand cleaning wipes or gel. I was there hours longer than I thought I would be because I didn't anticipate having so many choices. - be patient if all the assistants are busy when you arrive - they will get to you, and you will be their main focus for as long as you need when it is your turn. - be honest when you are in a dress about what you like or not so they can better help you. They've done this before!! Good luck & have fun. Edith - thank you, thank you thank you for not pressuring me or rushing me today. I'm sorry that I haven't gone ahead so far but please don't run away if you see me at the door again!!”

“Our wedding adviser Nina was absolutely amazingly. Nina was very calm and helpful and was very professional yet friendly. The shop is a lovely happy place and I enjoyed my wedding experience. The price is very reasonable and affordable with a lot of choice The customer service is excellent. Well worth a visit”

“Alex Newquay was so kind and patient with me. As a plus size, insecure bride, I thought dress shopping would be my worst nightmare, but Alex was amazing. She worked with me through tears, both happy and sad, and guided me to find the right dress for me. I'm leaving with a beautiful dress and feeling much more confident about my big day. “Een heerlijke ervaring! Mijn zus en ik kregen een heel warme ontvangst en de sfeer was heel ontspannen. Ik mocht veel passen en zelfs foto's nemen. “I Was waiting 2 and a half hours to get into the fitting rooms but once I was in there it was the best experience, I had a lady called Erin helping me and she was so lovely, understanding and made me feel at ease! She helped me choose the perfect dress as I had no idea what I wanted when I went in, she helped me narrow it down and figure out what I liked, would definatley recommend ☺️”

“Hannah helped us out looking at dresses, I hadn’t a clue what dress I was looking for so had put off dress shopping. Hannah was lovely and patient helping me pick out the perfect dress, she made me feel comfortable and confident in dresses I wouldn’t have normally picked and really helped me to envision my day and what I’d like to be wearing. She wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t make me feel I had to pick a dress if I wasn’t sure on it”
