“Lovely shop and I’ve ended up saying ‘yes to the dress!’ Would recommend more refreshments/snacks for the wait area, as we had to wait over an hour to be served. But otherwise very helpful staff and made me feel very comfortable.”

“Cerys at cardiff she was really helpful and every dress she bought out for the bride to try on suited her. It was a tough choice for the bride to decide which one she liked best. She decided to go with a beautiful satin fishtail dress with a big bow on the back. Cerys couldn't do enough for everyone and was very knolagable of wedding styles.”

“Ich war drei Mal hier und habe im Endeffekt auch mein Kleid hier gefunden. Jedes Mal wurde ich herzlich empfangen, kompetent beraten und durch die flexiblen walk-in Termine konnte ich spontan vorbei kommen, was mir super entgegen kam. Ich bin nun sehr happy mit meinem Kleid.”

“Customer service poor..... Waiting time to be seen is long and frustrating. The staff appear to just be wandering around, no urgency to keep the wait down at all. No music, no ambience in the waiting area..... Shame..... This should have been an exciting experience.”

“I had such a lovely experience with Amy, who was very patient, very friendly and very knowledgeable. She had a great eye for detail and knew what to recommend. I had no idea what type of dress I wished to have for my special day, however Amy tried ‘different’ and made me completely change my mind and fall in love with my decision. Didn’t think I’d ever say YES to the dress. So grateful for Amy.”

“We had a pleasant experience this morning at Wed2b where Abbie helped and supported me in choosing my dress. I thought I had chosen the right one but she made a perfect suggestion and picked out the second dress I tried on which ended up being the one I fell in love with! Thankyou so much for your guidance and support today. The one thing I wasn't so keen on was all the accessories being added as I am quite a minimalistic person but we just removed these from our bill at the end with ease.”

“I was so nervous but Michaela made it so easy! It was like having another friend there with me! I ended up choosing the first dress and Michaela was as excited as I was. There was another bride to be trying dresses on and they were so nice helping me deciding. I can’t wait for the big day!”

“Bij deze bruidswinkel voelde ik me meteen welkom. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, lief en behulpzaam. Ze nemen echt de tijd om je te helpen en luisteren naar al je wensen. De sfeer is warm en gezellig, waardoor je je volledig op je gemak voelt tijdens het passen van de jurken. Ze weten meteen naar wat je op zoek bent. Ik zou deze winkel aan iedereen aanraden!”
