“Hannah was so helpful and worked so hard to find me the perfect dress! She listened to what I specifically liked and didn't like about each one and had great knowledge of the stock and so was able to find me the perfect dress! Thank you Hannah!”

“All the staff were so welcoming from the minute we walked in! We were assigned Lauren as my bridal assistant and she was so helpful - listened to my ideas and offered suggestions of dresses that would suit me. I was allowed to try on as many dresses as I wanted and we were able to browse all dresses, designers and bridesmaid dresses at our leisure. There was no pressure and honest opinions and help was given - we couldn't fault the staff or the store! I left with a gorgeous dress which was similar to what I had in mind but also with the bonus of being able to add sleeves and buttons to make my dress more bespoke to my style. It was a super day!”

“Chole was absolutely amazing! Her energy was everything and she made the experience a lot of fun. Her attention to detail on what I wanted was spot on, and on a day where I didn’t expect to walk away with a dress, she found one for me that was absolutely perfect! I fell in love. “My son and his girlfriend took me on this adventure to pick my wedding dress. Now a grandmother of two and previously divorced, I felt a bit out of place to start with. But Alex made this experience one we will never forget. She made me feel special and was spot on with finding dresses that suited me so well, absolutely beyond my expectations.”

“Customer Service 5/5 stars! - I came today to the Leeds branch and spent 2 hours with Carla. Carla was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, listening to my ideas, offering advice and just generally amazing, I cannot thank her enough, she is brilliant at her job! Available Dresses 1/5 stars - I was really shocked that out of the 9 dresses I had seen online, none were in stock in my size (I am a size 14). I completely understand the off the peg concept, however it was really disappointing as I didn't get to try on any dresses that I had seen online. Although Carla really helped me try on some beautiful dresses, none were like the ones I wanted to try based on what I'd seen online. It's a real shame that I didn't find my dress here, as mentioned, the service I received was brilliant. I did find my dress in a different shop later on, the service was nowhere near as good, but they had similar dresses to the style I wanted, based on dresses seen on Wed2B's website.”

“Phenomenal service at the Stoke store. My friend is very indecisive and had already bought a dress but Chloe and Kaitlyn were so helpful and supportive and my bride walked out happier than she’s been in months! Could not rate them any higher! Thank you so much!”
