“I found the staff at both the Derby and Nottingham store incredibly patient. Their customer care was second to no other shops I've been to and the dress selection is vast. Customer services have helped me resolve a problem of my own doing and this has also been outstanding. I strongly recommend Wed2b for a stress free service.”

“Arlene was so lovely I was so nervous about trying on dresses but Arlene made me feel so comfortable. I told Arlene what dress I sort of wanted and Arlene had plenty for me to try on and I did love them but then Arlene suggested why don’t I try something a-bit plane see what I think I wasn’t up to it at first as I knew what I wanted but when trying the second last dress on I knew that was the one it was for me, it was literally me I was so happy! The dress was beautiful and elegant and the material wow! When I said it was the dress Arlene had asked me if I was positive and if I wanted to try the dress on for the second time, I had then agreed and I just knew like wow! Arlene was so lovely throughout and very well mannered she made my experience the best! What a lovely lady! I would highly recommend that when trying dresses on ask for Arlene she’s amazing makes you feel so so comfortable throughout.”

“Wow, I am amazed at the service in this shop. I visited the store on Friday morning and was blown away but how friendly and professional the service was. A lovely lady called Eloise looked after me for the time I was there. Not only did she take the time to listen to the exact things I wanted from my dress, but she also made me feel so confident and relaxed when she was getting me in and out of the wedding dresses. She chose the dresses for me and after trying on only the second dress, she had chosen me the perfect dress. I honestly cannot thank Eloise enough. She helped me have my princess moment and I walked away so happy with my dress. Thank you.”

“I visited the Rotherham WED2B on Monday 17/02/2025. A lady named Erin assisted me in finding my dress. Erin was polite and very helpful and made me feel at ease and not at all pushed into making a decision, I tried on several dresses but kepy going back to the same one and then Erin suggested another that she believed I may like and she was right! I bought the dress Erin recommended to me. Excellent service from this lovely young lady.”

“I was so nervous coming in for my first experience wedding dress shopping but Lucia made the whole experience so stress free and enjoyable for my mum and I. From walking in to leaving with my dream dress, she couldn’t have made it more special for me, I felt like I was spending the day with a friend❤️ Lucia is so amazing at what she does, I thought I knew what I wanted until she picked me out a dress I never would’ve dreamed of trying on, this has ended up being the dress I will walk down the isle in! I couldn’t recommend this place, or Lucia, more x”

“I had such a wonderful time at the Rotherham store. I went with a completely open mind, just planning to try on different styles so I could get a general idea of what I wanted - I never thought I would actually come away with my perfect dress! I'm completely in love, I knew once I put it on I would just not stop thinking about it. My bridal consultant Evie was so warm, helpful and friendly and just made me feel completely at ease. “Today was my first bridal dress fitting and Dacia was nothing short of amazing. She sat and gave me some helpful information about the fitting and how WED2B works ahead of trying on any dresses. The first dress Dacia picked out for me ended up being the one I went with! She had so much patience when I was deciding between dresses, was so friendly and went the extra mile to show me how I could make changes to a dreas should I wish to. “The experience I had was amazing. This was my first time looking at wedding dresses and Lily was so lovely and really understood what style I wanted. She picked a few dresses based on what I liked and didn’t like, and I was able to say yes to my dress on my first visit! Including the veil and hair piece. I’m so excited and relieved to have had this stressful part be so well organised and easy for me. I can’t wait to wear my dress and get married feeling so comfortable and happy.”

“Excellent experience at the Ashford store today. Cannot thank Shannon enough for all the help she gave me. Nothing was too much trouble and she made me feel like ‘a bride’. She was a pro at getting me in and out of dresses and by the end of it I didn’t want to take my dress off. Brilliant experience and I would highly recommend this store to anyone.”
