“I found using Webuybooks a very pleasant and easy way to dispose of unwanted books. As expected, most of the prices offered were low but there were a few surprises for books in demand. The label and packaging was easy to follow and quick payment once my package was received.”

“The system and service have been great. Choice of Doorstep or other drop off is very flexible. Need to make the weight restriction clearer… it is too easy to overfill a box. Good incentive to clear more by increasing sale percentage for quantity of books. Your Promos have not worked for me. Each time they have encouraged me to list more to sell, but when it comes to the crunch, the sell accounting system does not seem to accept the promo code… but I have continued anyway to get the books out of the way.”

“Quite easy to prepare the books for sending, but the Evri shop I used had no correct paper so I needed to return home to print the address. Then WOB took approximately 3 weeks to send my cheque and needed prompting. Good to have made space on my bookshelf.”

“Generally receive a fair price for my books, and use this service regularly to keep my bookcases from becoming overloaded! I particularly like the easy, lightning-quick automation, from a simple scan resulting in an instant decision, the confirmation of a list of my books which have been included in their offer which I can check off before sending, and the option to drop the box off or have the box collected. Scanning at the drop-off point is also easy. Once received, confirmation is prompt and payment usually within a week to ten days. Have used WeBuyBooks for many years now and highly recommend.”

“Royal Mail accidentally picked up the wrong boxes. It took 6 weeks and Many phone calls and emails to We Buy Books to finally get the boxes sent back. Saul finally sorted it for me. Please recognise his Excellent customer service.”

“Hello All, As your probably full aware I send 5 boxes every 10 days or so. But my problem is your delivery labeling system. Every time it gives me four labels but I've already have boxed up 5 boxes. Last time I tried to send 4 bigger boxes evri refused to collect them due to size and weight so I have to purchase an additional label so they can sell be sent at once. This problem has been on going for around a year now. Regards Nigel Scott.”

“Really easy to use app , you can choose how many boxes your going to pack them into, and most importantly it’s the first app like this I’ve found that let me get Royal Mail to pick up which is impressive when most other services don’t work on the Isle of Wight, money was in quick once boxes were there too Thanks”

“I was very happy until they raised the amount per transaction to £7.50 and, at the same time, appeared to reduce the amount offered per book. By the time you've uploaded a few books and tried to save them in the app, it fails to save sometimes, then a few days later you get an email saying your trade is closing. Either you have to stack up a large pile to try to sell all at once or you are constantly hunting for things to add.”

“Time to receive books could perhaps be quicker if you could offer in post locker service as world of books do, much faster to receive payment with them, Evri is slow to get books to you, world of books usually pays in around a week when I post with in post lockers”
