“SImple and quick to scan the bar codes of the books I was sending in. Got confused about whether I needed to print the address label or if it would be printed by the person coming to collect my books. Maybe the instructions for this need to be clearer. In the end I printed the address label and the box was collected promptly. Received my payment a couple of days later.”

“We havdd ed used WeBuyBooks a few times when we needed to release some room on our bookshelves. It’s a very simple process to see whether your books are wanted and the packing and postage process is very way. Payment was made very promptly. All in all a great system thanks!”

“A good way of redistributing text books. WiFi struggled to connect with the process initially but perseverance worked and I received the full amount quoted. Books were collected promptly from home so no stress there. Pleased with the service overall and happy to know books will go on to help others in my profession.”

“After carefully packaging and making sure all booked were in the box I was dismayed to see non payment for not receiving books. You put your trust in sending a package to find they don’t all arrive!! Sad really I know I packed them!! The box arrived in one piece!!”

“Pretty poor payment levels -10p a book often. Even when you send high quality books packed well they say they haven't received them - only paid out when I proved via a photo the books apparently not received were in the box. I feel they capitalise on the fact that selling used books is not easy so this is often the only solution, although I feel sure their profit on resale is significant. Used through necessity but not a great option”
