“I delivered books to the WBB goods inward department. It took two weeks and t,here phone calls to obtain payment. On the third phone call I was told that there was no record of my other two calls and that the books were stuck in goods in. Not a good transaction!”

I've found their buying process easy to navigate, with a quick payment turnaround whether I've dispatched the boxes via the post office or via a collection by a royal mail courier.
