“Easy, efficient and quick process. No issues at all. Sadly the amount paid for books is extremely low as there’s only one set price, and there’s no option for a different price based on the condition of book. This was shame as my books were in amazing condition but I chose convenience over earnings as I had too many books to sell individually. Use this service to get rid of books quickly and easily; not to earn any decent amount of money from.”

“A very helpful site, able to scan in ISBN codes. It would help to have a numeric keypad pop up when the ISBN number has to be put in manually - otherwise no issues at all. Prompt payment”

“It was a very easy process you scan and add the basket. They don’t give you a lot of money for each book, but I guess it’s a good way to Declutter environmental friendly. The process was simple. They send you a QR code and you go to the Post Office with your box of books. The money was in my account in two days. There was the option to collect from your home too.”

“Very quick and easy to use. First three boxes I sent off repaid the effort, but prices being offered for books now seem to be much reduced. Maybe I just coincidentally sent all the good value ones off first? But would def try again at some point.”

“Great to be able to clear out books I no longer need for work (text books, reference books, etc), but some of the prices were extremely low for books which were expensive to buy and were sent off in near mint condition. Great way if you're having a clear out, but don't expect to receive a lot for expensive books. Some of the offers were too derisory for me to consider sending them and I have listed them elsewhere. I like the fact that books are collected from a home address free of charge.”

“The process is very quick and easy, app is easy to use and the collection from Royal Mail has all gone smoothly. We have had a large number of books to go through which were left over from a scout fair and WBB are VERY selective about books they take, so it’s a great starting point but still need to find other options to take the other books which are too good for landfill.”

“I am happy about your service to us. My only criticism is over the unwillingness of the first driver from EVRI to take our package because the one parcel we had did not tally with the three he was supposed to pick up acording to his mobile. We reported the problem to yourselves, and you promtly dealt with it and a second driver collected our package within 24 hours.”

“Once familiar with the site, it is relatively easy to use. Also, acceptable efficiency and speed. Only down-side, is they often claim items not included, which have definitely been sent.”

“A quick and convenient way of getting rid of old books. The packaging instructions are clear, and many drop-off options are offered. 4 stars because I couldn't get a couple of books accepted- not part of their catalogue/ISBN not recognised.”

“Some times I feel the inspections can be a little too high level. Things like music books being written in with pencil. Still perfectly usable. Even if you offered a slightly discounted price would be justified perhaps but to completely refuse them seems silly.”
