“It was disappointing that so many of the books that belonged to my late father that cost £20 plus were valued at only around 50p.Some weren't even given an offer. However, I will say that the process was easy and payment was prompt”

“The whole process was simple and convenient. The parcel sent was tracked and payment was fairly prompt to my bank account. However some prices of books were lower than expected. Shall use again.”

“This website seems to offer a better service than it's competitors. However, it is let down its delivery service. This may be a one off with the drop off shop I used, but the manager could not have been less helpful if she tried,claiming the parcel was too heavy without even weighing it. Not WBBs fault, not even Evri's fault actually, but has made me think twice about using WBB.”
