“Decided to try this. Surpised at how many books they did not want and surprised, both ways, with some of the valuations. Sent off the package which was dealt with quickly and communication was good. Main disappointment, which I had seen previously, was that a book was rejected there due to faults with the binding. this was one of the more expensive books and I know for a fact that it was in virtually perfect condition (a thin travel guide and we never went to the place!). It does seem a coincidence, as others have found that the most valued books are regularly rejected on site, since it fell below their threshold for return, it is lost. Will not use this co again as I fear that this is a pattern that is likely to be repeated.”

“The process is very quick and easy, app is easy to use and the collection from Royal Mail has all gone smoothly. We have had a large number of books to go through which were left over from a scout fair and WBB are VERY selective about books they take, so it’s a great starting point but still need to find other options to take the other books which are too good for landfill.”

“I am happy about your service to us. My only criticism is over the unwillingness of the first driver from EVRI to take our package because the one parcel we had did not tally with the three he was supposed to pick up acording to his mobile. We reported the problem to yourselves, and you promtly dealt with it and a second driver collected our package within 24 hours.”

“My only choice for selling books! After problems dealing with the competitors, I’m am grateful to have found them. The process is very quick and easy, from a quick collection to processing and payment. All completed within a few days (excluding weekends) They offer more per book or similar. By far the best.”

“If Webuybooks accept the titles, the process is easy. However, becasue they reject twice as many as they accept, it becomes a time consuming effort for no result. Frankly, a lot of effort for not much return.”

“As a newcomer to thiis system, I found the process from start to finish refreshingly clear and easy to use. I especially appreciated not having to print a label for the parcel, the Post Office collected it on time, and I was kept up to date with progress, with the sale proceeds credited straight to my bank account.”

“Great Service! Really easy process to cash in on old books you have around the house. Yes they don’t accept a lot of books due to stock levels, but the ones they did accept were collected and paid for in a stress free way. Will definitely use again!”

“Very easy to use and once parcels sent I received the money due very promptly. I am happy to sell on books that hopefully will be read rather than ending up in landfill. Only criticism is that I find it difficult to use the option when books don’t have a IBN number. Perhaps you could add an easy explanation on how to use this function!”

“It’s a great process! The prices offered for books are usually better than World of Books and the processing of trade-ins and quick payment is really good. When a few trade-ins went missing in the post (EVRI) earlier this year, the WBB customer service immediately credited the money. Thank you!”
