“App worked great, but collection didn't happen and no communication about that. I had to call and rearrange collection. To be fair it was the runup to Xmas but communication was poor. Processing of payment was prompt. Will try them again.”

“Did not pay the cash for all books I sent. Did not send the rejected books back, instead 'recycled' about half the books I sent without informing me. They basically took about 10 of the 20+ books for themselves, and did not pay. All the books I sent were in perfectly sellable condition! Terrible”

“Hello webuy books service fine prompt Payment but 1 issue / you are rejecting more and more books it seams too me that it does not .atter what subject /auther /type / or /condition of book it looks too me its by numbers and can make the whole process.l bit jaring and time wasting expr yours a moffat customer”

“Honestly this company is is so easy to deal with . I have sold many items this year and always had a good experience . Its so easy all you do is scan your items box them up and send your package off . They then check all your items and then you get paid its as easy as that .
