“I've sold many batches of books to WeBuyBooks since Easter 2025. I've found their buying process easy to navigate, with a quick payment turnaround whether I've dispatched the boxes via the post office or via a collection by a royal mail courier. (The courier is usually our friendly post man.) WeBuyBooks have always kept me up-to-date at each stage of their buying process, which is greatly appreciated. I would recommend selling your books with WeBuyBooks.”

“As soon I discovered about Webuybooks my Carer leapt into action. The wrapping up of my books which I had read was done and in a very short time I received payment. “My recent offer contained several large and heavy books. Therefore I packaged them into 2 boxes. I was sent one QR code and when I requested a second one I received a patronising reply about using one box that I could 'get from a supermarket'. When I pointed out that the boxes weighed 8 kg and nearly 9kg (therefore over the 15kg weight limit) the response was that i would receive an 'extra label on this occasion as a gesture of goodwill', After, over 5 years of dealing with your business, I was insusulted and annoyed as it suggested that I didn't know what I was doing”

“the £7 .50 limit on parcels results in heavier boxes to send as most valuations are average at 15 p per book, which is dissapointing evri delivery service is pathetic, i shouldnt have t chase parcels that are taking 3 weeks to be delivered, its not even christmas overall the sevice is poor”

“Easy to scan and work out what would be taken then just pop in a box and take down to collection point (I used post office). Was bit worried sending would be more difficult but weight allowance is generous. I had my payment in under a week. Hassle free process.”
