“This is such an easy process. The hardest thing was to find a box for the books. They were taken to a shop nearby . Accepted with the QR code. A cheque arrived quickly. No problem. Just how we like it. We were having a clear out . This helped alot.”

“I found the service very useful and straight forward to use. I was suprised however to be told 2 books were recycled due to water damage. Ive never had any water in or around my book cases, one book had barely been opened. The books were fine when I put them into the box and when I raised a concern about this I was told the box showed no sign of water ingress so it is a mystery to me how this happened. Just a bit concerning.”

“Once you've downloaded the app it's easy to use and scan your books and CDs...the process is easy to follow , the boxes were collected by royal mail and money was paid into my account within 10days....good service all round.”

“Very fussy about books that will be accepted and most books attract a minimal price, often pence. It is not like the adverts where it seems like every book might be worth a few pounds and all are accepted. Having said that if you have books to get rid off it is a convenient way of doing so and making a little money, the emphasis being on a 'little.' The collection option with Royal Mail worked fine although confused why I was sent packaging labels that I used and then the post woman brought some as well! From WeBuyBooks receiving my parcel to payment was about a week, longer than I had expected and no explanation as to why. Again the advertising suggests payment is made same date the books are received; this was not my experience.”

“Very easy to use, I had a lot of finance books dating back to 1980's - some worth a surprisingly positive amount, most low value but it all adds up. It was £58 pounds in my pocket instead of books in the bin 😁”
