“A quick and convenient way of getting rid of old books. The packaging instructions are clear, and many drop-off options are offered. 4 stars because I couldn't get a couple of books accepted- not part of their catalogue/ISBN not recognised.”

“To get the minimum that we buy books would take (£10) I had to scan hundreds of books ! I am a volunteer in a volunteer run library. I won’t be using we buy books again!”

“All OK though there was a mix up with the collection date. I went for the first one although I wasn't going to be in all day. Phoned your office and said I'd leave it out for Royal Mail to collect, which happened OK. R Mail also called the next day thinking there might be another. I was able to thank them and reassure them there was only the one.”

“As always good service but disappointing that a total of £7.50 has to be reached before the books will be accepted. This could mean that books will be donated to charity shops instead of the owner receiving some funds after paying the full price when purchasing them. Smaller houses mean less storage space!”
