“Easy to scan bar codes or enter manually. Also comprehensive list of books without barcodes available. Occasionally books "do not meet standard" and are rejected; can be expensive to pay for return. Also, with older books, surely some wear and tear / marks on cover could be taken into consideration. Maybe offer a lower price (50%) as book could be sold at a cheaper price. Many purchasers of books would be delighted to pay less for a damaged cover!”

“Fast, efficient service. Recommend the Royal Mail collection for heavy items. My only "problems" were sourcing boxes of the right size without having to buy them and needing to weigh them when full of heavy books. However, am sure that my efficiency will improve next time!!”

“I sent over 50 books. Two books were brand new and had not even been opened. They happened to also be two of the books they offered the most for. I got an email to say neither had passed their quality control and those were discounted from the amound I was paid. This was unfair and incorrect. I raised the issue immediately however there appeared to be no recourse open to me as they had already sent them to be 'recycled'. I asked for the books back as I knew they could be sold individually on Ebay for a decent price. Be very careful what you send!”

“Very easy to use. Scanning books is easy and the fact that you collect makes life easy for those like me with mobility issues. Prices offered are often very low, but I guess that’s not overly surprising. All in all very good.”

“I found it very easy to list my books that I wanted to get rid of. Then all I had to do was parcel them up and the parcels were collected by Royal Mail. it couldnt be easier. Thankyou very much for my payment which was paid very promptly.”
