“Once familiar with the site, it is relatively easy to use. Also, acceptable efficiency and speed. Only down-side, is they often claim items not included, which have definitely been sent.”

“I sent all books back to be told they weren’t paying me half the money due to water damage yet when I packed them there wasn’t water damage but it’s £3 I can’t care a less however I won’t use them again Enjoy that £3”

“The process of pricing and disposing of the books from a late friend was efficient and fast. Even the Post Office were on time! Could WBB develop a system to price volumes that pre-date ISBNs? The same applies to some videos which are exempt from the classification. Responses to questions below are in contect of sending rather than receiving”

“Have made a few trades with We Buy Books over the years and they have always been helpful and responsive. Being able to converse with a real person online makes a big difference to me as I often do daft things like forget to add my Pro code. Once again I have had an entire order go through Free of deductions unlike when I have used an alternative company which always rejects books and claims some are not received and will not show proof of damage etc. Thoroughly recommend using We Buy Books.”
