“Easy to package up & get collected, chose to get parcels collected from my home as were quite heavy, took nearly 2weeks to get payment but other than that very satisfactory”

“Easy to use App. Sent the books via Evri drop off. Payment was slightly delayed compared to other reviews but this was due to Christmas period. When I contacted them, quick response.”

“Returned three of my books that I requested returned, but those "not in the offer" have disappeared. Although they were in the original offer. Less than impressed this time. I did expect those to be returned as well.”

“Excellent service. Very easy to use app, all books scanned and price provided. Boxed all books in one packing box I already had. Shipping made easy at local Yodel drop off point, they even printed the label. I highly recommend Webuybooks and would definitely use them again. 5* service.”
