“Excellent service and prompt payment, very easy to scan books and arrange collection”

“Despite publicity which promises a speedy response and pay out, my second parcel of books has been "en route" for 2 weeks now. When I first used this service, having listed half my books I took a short break but returning to the screen found that my listing had disappeared. Very annoying. On asking for an explanation and ways to prevent this happening again I received no reply. All in all, I am not impressed and I question whether I will use you again.”

“Easy to use platform, easy process to post books (they were collected from the house) and money received very soon after books arrived with webuybooks. Would definitely recommend.”

“App OK and satisfied with price but not happy that not told till collection booked that I needed to print label. Altered to drop off at PO but you could not cancel collection, thereby wasting couriers time and effort. This anomaly needs to be sorted out.”

“The app needs to be made more seller friendly. It should hold a transaction open longer so it can be added to over a couple of weeks before completion of the sale. Instead it wipes off the books already added to the sale and you as a seller have to start again.”

“Process of getting value easy even for old non techie like me. I like that if necessary I can speak to someone (why I don't use World of Books now). I have several older books pre numbers and getting them valued I haven't managed to get.”
