“This was my second time using Webuybooks, I enjoyed my experience the first time and wanted to use them again. Their app is well designed and easy to use, and with the courier service they basically take care of everything for you. Pretty much hassle free. Scan some barcodes, wait for someone to pick them up, and receive money! Great system”

“Great way to de-clutter. The process is very simple and customer service is good. I’ve always been paid promptly. I appreciate that they collect from home. The only downside is that they use Evri and I have been let down by them not picking up or taking items to WeBuyBooks on time and occasionally they don’t arrive. If they had a more reliable courier, they would be excellent.”

“I have sent several consignment recently. There was a hold up on some being received but an email to them received a quick reply and it was soon sorted. Happy with their trading.”

“I have 2 complaints against WOB. On 2 occasions my selling has stated "books not received". Ironically they include the most expensive ones. I could not get through on the busy telephone. I have had to use 3 different emails but still query is not resolved.”

“Sometimes can be good but it is hard also getting the required £5.00 limit. It would be better to set a limit on £5.00 or 10 books whichever comes first. The offers of 15p or 20p you would never be able to lift the books to send.”
