“Honestly cant fault this company , easy steps to make yourself some money , scan your items sell your items send them off and money in the bank once checked nice and easy . Great service and very good prices paid .”

“Great company very fair and you get a great deal selling books to them. One slight criticism the books that I have scanned disappear after a certain period of time which is a bit annoying. I have to write down the books and the prices so I can rescan them again and a lot of the books have gone down in price which is disappointing. Other online companies don’t do this and the books are there for when you want to sell them for instance after you have read them all. Otherwise great experience with this company. Thank you”

“Like dealing with WeBuyBooks . However, two minor gripes . Firstly, as a house clearance firm, we accumulate books over a period of time, and it is frustrating to see all the books we have logged into the system are removed after a relatively short period of time, meaning we have to start inputting from scratch again. Surely, you could have a default for PRO customers whereby their trades do not disappear so quickly. Every time we start a trad,e we always complete it. Secondly, currently the manual input of barcodes does not seem to be working .”

“Not very impressed with the turnaround service. Sent items over 3 weeks ago that according to the courier pick up service was delivered several days after me dropping the items off at pickup location. Yet your app still says ‘on route’. I have sent items to MusicMagpie within the same time frame that have not only been received (they kindly email you to let you know they have received them), but have been processed and paid for. Need to do better….will not be sending anymore items to you.”

“I have been using the services of Webuybook for quite some time now. I have a sickness as I keep buying books even though i do not have that much storage - and in most cases I am not so keen to keep the book after I have finished it. Webuybooks makes the process of selling them very straightforward and smooth.”

“Easy to use app. Money received soon after posting off books. My only slight frustration was a book being worth something one day but not when I got round to actually using the service, but that may be the norm as I've not used a service like this before. Would use again.”

“Good idea but EVRI keep letting them down. Also no point in even trying to sell fiction books as they aren't usually accepted. Only really useful for selling text or factual books.”

“Service was very good and got the full amount as promised in just over a week of the collection I believe, however they only wanted a small fraction of the books I have so will have to try elsewhere to see if anyone else will take them. So it just depends really on the books you have and if they want them.”
