“Easy transaction and books collected quickly. Offer prices not high but has provided a small amount for charity. However much better than a similar organisation Ziffit who offered £28 for books and then said they were not of suitable standard and claimed they binned them although they were in really good condition”

“Sent 9 boxes of Folio books in 3 parcels. Our local evri man picked up the boxes. Webuybooks co ordinated everything. Was paid the sum of money agreed on with the web site about a week after the books arrived with the company. Very efficient.”

“A great way to recycle, only downside not all titles are accepted and it is unclear why especially when they ate relatively recent title. Despite this would recommend an free collections is an added bonus”

“I sent several books to SellMyBooks/Ziffit in excellent condition—clean, intact, and fully readable. They later claimed some were “damaged” without offering any proof, refused payment, and conveniently cited their terms and conditions to avoid returning the books or discussing the issue any further. It’s clear that once they receive your items, they can say whatever they want and you have no way to challenge it. No transparency, no accountability, and absolutely no integrity in how they operate. I strongly advise against using this service. There are other companies out there who treat their customers with honesty and respect—this is not one of them.”

“A very convenient process bar one problem - how to find sufficient boxes in which to send the books. This is not of course the problem of 'webuybooks' but it is an issue if one has lots of books to sell.”

“This system works fine and guides you through the whole process. Absolutely no problems encountered. A simple process to place your pre-loved books back into the market place and earn a few pounds. The charity shop still gets the ones WBB dont want. Very pleased with service.”

“Comparing my 5 most recent trades with 5 over similar periods in 2023, 2021 and 2020 I discover that: In 2020 I sold 25 books at an average of £1.08 each In 2021 I sold 29 books at an average of £1.48 each In 2023 I sold 56 books at an average of 96p each In 2025 I sold 51 books at an average of 60p each Bear in mind a good deal of inflation over the last 5 years, and you can't avoid the conclusion that WBB has cut the amount it pays per book by over 50%. 15p for recently published novels in very good condition is not a good deal. This is becoming a less and less attractive proposition.”

“Seems quite fast and is easier to do unlike some ive used in the past. It helps as I know the evri driver and im able to leave the box in a safe location. Clearer instructions than most!”
