“The app used to work really well, but recently I've found it glitching each time I need to enter an ISBN; the screen starts to flash. I then have to exit the app, log in to something else, wait a few seconds, then re-enter the app, and it works again for a few tries.”

“Have found the app very easy to use, the scanner is very efficient. I found the time limit of one week to be limiting and would prefer two weeks to complete an order. It's quite frustrating that you refuse many books.”
