“The process was easy. The scanning system was very useful to see the value of each book. The collection and payment were punctual. Communications were helpful. I was surprised which books were acceptable and which were not. Approximately 25% of mine were given a price. Sometimes the amount wasn't worth it and the charity shop would get a better deal.”

“We managed to sell some of my late father's dvds and cds on this site. It was very easy to do. No problems with the dispatching and prompt payment of goods. Worth a try if you are looking to clear a bit of space.”

“Easy to use app. ISBN manual entry tedious as app has to use phone keyboard. Search screen very useful. A little over sensitive on very minor damage to books. High cost to return rejected books. Can I really be sure they're recycled?”

“Quick and simple way to sell unwanted books. Only not 5 stars because I rearranged collection but the courier still turned up at the original time, and then again at the new time! I sent a message via the app about the first time offer that I forgot to use and no-one ever replied.”
