“So simple to use We Buy Books. The collection is very easy to arrange and free, of course. Quick payment made and very reliable. Only drawback is that they only take a limited number of books and DVD's and therefore I had to find a home for so many which couldn't be sold.”

“Easy process to work with when pricing and selling books. They don't accept all books and some are quoted lower than seems reasonable but I guess that is their policy. I do like their systems and the free postage is a bonus. Overall I would recommend them and will use them again.”

“No complaints, effective, quick turnaround between sending books/DVDs to money in the Bank. The system works well. I would give 5 Star but feel some books should be getting more bucks than £0.20 pence per book, just my opinion.”

“Prompt payment once received but took a longer time to receive items than other companies I've used. Not going to get anywhere near the price you get privately selling, but you do get the convenience of all books in one box, collected by evri and done.”

“Very good. App needs work but customer service is brilliant to correct the app! They purchased books the other main apps did. It want so much more comprehensive and good prices.”

“Simple to use once the app was downloaded. Prices offered were low and they seemed quite picky as to what they take. But once items were boxed up Ervi did collect the box - a day early to start with and webuyanybooks seemed to send a lot of postage labels so that caused a bit of confusion for the driver but I had the cheque for the items a few days later so no complaints there. Overall I was quite happy”

“Had no trouble scanning items this was great the only recommendation is to use a better pickup contractor than Evri they are unreliable inconvenience with what they tell you to what they do I gave up waiting for them to pickup so took it to a drop-off shop .”

“Used We Buy Books 3 times happy with their service but some of my parcels went missing on two occasions once collected by Evri! We buy books honoured their offer though so all was ok in the end. Will use again”
