In common with other buyers, offers are generally low. But WBB receives books quickly and pays quickly too.

A nice and easy service to use. Scanning each book easy and quick. Like the search box too if no ISBN. Have had no issues will continue to use.

I sold some books a few weeks ago but had trouble with a label so an advisor sorted it out and sent me 2 by email so that was sorted. But was disappointed that one book I sent was rejected even though it was accepted on the web site.

We had quite a lot of books to scan and ended up with over 90 items that were accepted. One of the problems is the transportation - the number of boxes expected by WBB and the number of boxes we had used. I was told that I should have used bigger boxes and that the expected weight per box was 20kg. I could not do that because I have no larger boxes and I would have not been able to lift them anyway. I appreciate the extra cost incurred by WBB but could do nothing to resolve the problem. My solution for the future is to send in smaller numbers even though I will not get the bonus for reaching certain amounts.

Really easy to use WBB, they offer slightly less than WOB but the process is so much quicker and also they don’t muck you around like wob does with “quality grades” and lying about whether books were received or not. In the end you have to weigh up how much you make vs doing a boot fair, when you haven’t got a car anyway, it’s a no-brainer!

Very efficient and easy way to offload books, DVDs and CDs. Not all items are accepted and for some you only get 10p, but a great alternative to throwing away. I was impressed you can get them picked up from home for free.

Plesantly suprised by the ease of selling my books. Easy enough website, a quote issued and if accepted a prepaid postage lable emailed. Choice of places to post or collect. Overall I would use the company again.

You don't get much for your books, but if you have enough, it adds up - but what was good for me was knowing that the books were not just being trashed. I found that charity shops, second hand book shops and even the local dump didn't want them. The app is easy to use, if your books have a barcode, or on the website you can type in the ISBN number and everything synchs perfectly. The minimum acceptable number of books per offer needs to add up to £7.50 and for me, that was 16 books for my first batch. Sending them was very simple - box them up, arrange collection and Royal Mail come and collect them along with ready printed labels from your home on a given day. The money gets paid straight into your bank account. I'm sure that with lots of effort, I could have got more money, but I had a lot of books to deal with, and the instant offer or decline from webuybooks was very convenient.

Easy to scan bar codes or enter manually. Also comprehensive list of books without barcodes available. Occasionally books "do not meet standard" and are rejected; can be expensive to pay for return. Also, with older books, surely some wear and tear / marks on cover could be taken into consideration. Maybe offer a lower price (50%) as book could be sold at a cheaper price. Many purchasers of books would be delighted to pay less for a damaged cover!

Good easy to use system. Service is prompt as is payment. If you have a customer issue you get to talk to a human being very quickly, unlike some other types of company's customer service.

Usually works well. A little more tricky this time as the procedure seems to have changed a bit.

The system and service have been great. Choice of Doorstep or other drop off is very flexible. Need to make the weight restriction clearer… it is too easy to overfill a box. Good incentive to clear more by increasing sale percentage for quantity of books. Your Promos have not worked for me. Each time they have encouraged me to list more to sell, but when it comes to the crunch, the sell accounting system does not seem to accept the promo code… but I have continued anyway to get the books out of the way.
