“Easy to use website and a good way to get rid of unwanted books”

“On the whole very satisfied with the service my only issue was that I was suprised at some of the books that were rejected as I thought they were quite salable but I suppose it is based on demand and, obviously Webuybooks has a better knowledge of the market than I ever could. Other than that the service was prompt once we were able to overcome Everi who failed to collect for nearly a week. I liked the fact that they issue cheques as I hate giving my bank details to anyone and my bank allows me to pay in cheques via their app.”

“Easy to log books and find out how much I earn. Finding a box to put them in is the hardest since I onlyu seem to have large boxes! I heard quickly that they had received and accepted what I send but payment took a while but I put that down to the post.”

“I scanned enough books to reach the minimum requirement. Finding a suitable box to send them off was the hardest part. Everything else about the process was easy and payment was received promptly.”

“On retirement I had to get rid of a lot of books. The 'webuybooks' system is very easy if you use the app to check each barcode. I suppose I was a bit disappointed with the price paidm for new books. And I had to really squeeze trhem into the numhber of boxes I had been told was adequate. But overall the syustem works so long as you don't expect much return for your initial outlay.”

“Fast service but worringly I heard nothing from when they acknowledged receipt until my cheque arrived. I thought something had gone wrong,so emailed but got no reply. A pity really, s the service otherwise was very good”

“Good service, easy to use and quick return with payment. Only complaint was refused quite a few books and dvds, so quite hard to get to minimum value. For what you pay for some books, you could take a lot more. Thanks will use again.”
