I've found them helpful, polite and efficient. I waited a long time for my money once, but that was over the Christmas period, so understandable. 2 of my books had water damage in the last lot, they were fine when I packed them so must have happened in transit. Out of my control and not worth makinga fuss over. No complaints generally.
