“Fantastic service and was so surprised that my spa arrived 8 weeks early. I haven't opened yet as waiting till the weather improves a bit as I've bought a gazebo with lights and curtains and swags to make the spa feel even more relaxing. “Absolutely thrilled that my spa arrived over a month early. We are just prepping the area we are having it and looking forward to sending photos when complete. Only one issue i ordered chemicals starter pack and that hasnt arrived so not sure where to buy one to set up properly but I'm sure good old Amazon will step up”

“Pre ordered our spa and it turned up 6 weeks earlier than anticipated which we were delighted with. Had an issue with o rings leaking but we just replaced them with slightly more heavy duty ones which cured the problem, which is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. Still waiting for inflatable cover and chemicals but seeing as the order was 6 weeks early I can't complain about that. Overall very pleased”

“I ordered my spa to be delivered by the 23march but missed that deadline for delivery, so my next date was May but the company pushed my order through and I got it on the 19th March in time for my daughters birthday. I'm so pleased with my purchase and would recommend this company in the future”

“After a few E3 flow issues which are now sorted I'm glad to say the hot tub is working well. Takes 24hrs to get up to temperature which is very good. Thanks to Zoe, Emily and the team for all their help.”

“Hi I contacted the company regarding my hot tub heater. It was showing the fault E5. I recieved some advise , which didn't work. I was asked to send photos which I did but I have not heard anything. Anyone help please. My spa is still under warranty. Karen”
