“Hi I was hoping someone could offer me some advice. My heater is showing a fault, coming up with E5. From the information booklet this means its overheated and I can reset the thermol cut off. Is this true and where can I find this? Yours hopeful. Karen”

“I bought a Atlantic plus last August through a 3rd party, we only managed to set it up a couple of weeks ago. On opening up the package up we were missing a filter and filter housing, we called the 3rd party explaining the issue they weren't interested in helping us out. So contacted wave explained the issue and within 48 hours both parts arrived free of charge. Couldn't fault the service from wave! Thank you guys we are loving the hot tub!”
