“Been waiting a while for my hot tub to come as I pre ordered it in December and I can honestly say its the best thing I've ever purchased and was worth every penny. I was advised by a medical professional to possibly invest in getting one as ive alot of health issues including chronic pain n I can swear by this to anyone with any similar health issues but always talk with a medical professional to see if it an option, ive used it twice since its been n it has helped me so much to the point ive not needed to take any of my prescribed opiate which im impressed by, I know its not going to help everyone it had the same way it has me n ive only used it twice. Its also saved me alot of money buying instead of paying x n y amounts to go to a spa or hydrotherapy pool. I really would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to buy a hot tub, and for any reason, it comes with everything and is so easy to set up and getting running although I wasn't sure with the chemical side of things but once you get your head around it then it's just perfect. Instructions are easy to follow and delivery was on time and very efficient. Thank you waves you've just saved my life from all this pain ive been suffering and it's a healthy way of dealing with pain issues rather than pumping your body with tablets. Thankyou””

“Actual spa arrived early for being pre-ordered, though the starter kid was late and I had to buy one just to use the hot tub. Over all really really happy with my purchase. But I wish I did get the larger one as would fit 3 adults comfortably, 4 is a bit of a squeeze.”

“I am quite happy with Wave as a company. Delivery was prompt and although I had an issue and couldn’t ring them they acknowledge my email and came back with a solution to which I need to try, there was a delay on the starter kit but this was not there fault but updated me to advise this would be sent out once the back order was completed”
