“Your response was brilliant your updates where spot on the only trouble was you used Hermes couriers and it took four to get to me yes they received it on Monday and it took them three days to process it I find this very poor not on your part but there's has I work for your other couriers dpd and know how fast we deliver”

“Purchased the 4-6 person rattan hot tub in august last year . Great size for my family of 5, Glad I went for this one , looks great and delivered on time . Never any problem when ordering my replacement filters either , would recommend wave , I had a lazy spa before that but do prefer the wave especially the modern design”

“We've never had a hut tub, Jacuzzi or a spa, We thought about it long and hard As we'd done without thus far. However, on the internet We saw a tempting ad 'Order now for later!' To NOT do would be mad! Everything then went to plan We're set up well and truly As for our tub, we're thrilled to bits It really is a beauty! So when our friends ask How it went? How much?, how long? and where? We dont have to think that hard Or hesitate to share Our choice is simple, everytime, for the money you can save For the extra special service too For sure, give us a Wave!”

“I have now had my Wave tub for 6 weeks. It was so easy to set up and customer service has been outstanding when I had questions. They responded to my emails within 24 hours and had answers. I use the tub every day, sometimes twice per day. I live in Sonoma County, CA and the temps are between 50 - 75 degree F now. I have my tub set to 103 and it will heat to 102 sometimes, but usually 101. It's not as hot as I'm used to, but it is still such good value for the price. I have ordered the inflatable insert which will help with the insulation I'm sure. It's on backorder. I see why these tubs are so popular! Amazing value.”

“Received my wave spa a few days ahead of my presorder date. It was easy and quick to set up and soon enough the kids were having great fun in the garden in mid March. Considering we are spending so much time at home these spas are a fantastic thing to have. The pre order and long wait is annoying and I didn’t receive all my order (spa/cover/starter pack/filters) in one order - again annoying when I placed the order 2 months ish before the spa arrived. However I am thrilled with the spa itself , I’m sure we will have lots of fun in it and fantastic value for money. I have owned a ‘real’ hot tub which are much bigger and much more expensive but with better jets and they stay hot when you use them in colder temperatures. However this wave spa is the best purchase of the year so far and I’m telling all my friends to get one.”
