Pre ordered our spa and it turned up 6 weeks earlier than anticipated which we were delighted with. Had an issue with o rings leaking but we just replaced them with slightly more heavy duty ones which cured the problem, which is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. Still waiting for inflatable cover and chemicals but seeing as the order was 6 weeks early I can't complain about that. Overall very pleased
